With Sydney nothing changed, she’s not a part of their team but she is obviously working with them in some capacity.
The press release was just to clarify that she isn’t part of the actual Trump team, that changed nothing. She wasn’t part of it when she was standing beside Rudy at the press conference either.

I have some faith in MI Republicans, our legislator was very quick to act this time around. We’ll see what they do in the end, but I believe if they’re given sufficient evidence that they’d protect our election.
That being said they would need some very hard evidence (obviously), so it’ll be interesting to see what Trump’s legal team puts out in the coming week.
Let them, we know what’s coming and so do they. They can hide it from the people, but they don’t have any power over what gets to SCOTUS.
