That list is from UGA, not the Sec of State. It is for a conference sponsored by the school and vendors attending. It is probably not an exclusive list of vendors that can print ballots for Georgia.
Edit: Also i believe that fidlar was awarded the ballot printing or some of it. Fidlar was acquired by Cathedral with headquarters in NY.

The jury is still out about the ballot printing. If fake great, if legit then it makes us look like fucking idiots for jumping the gun again. The best path should be to use matt braynards data to win the required states for Trump and then investigate all the other bullshit at the county and state levels, dominion, etc.

You know the sentiment of government workers being lazy, etc. That takes its toll on society as culturally think that government can't do anything right, and failure is expected. it really does damage. I am not saying anything about the accuracy of the sentiment. just the impact it has.
I am not talking about being weary of government like the founders thought prudent. They still thought government had a place and should be run by people with intergrity. We don;t have that either.
We also need to go after the elections officials who know their voter rolls are fudged to hell and the local government officials that do not take measures to ensure accurate rolls and ensure that ballots and elections are secure. It starts with the Sec of state or that level to make sure the down stream people know not to fuck with things.

You are correct, with additional of protocol, etc. The data (payload of the packet) would have been encrypted, potentially. Not sure why people are down voting this. Everything about this is highly speculative at the moment.
The attitude should be the same as on general election day:
- President Trump needs me to vote
- If there is fraud, my vote and millions of others will make it obvious.
- I am not going down without a fight.
Most of my conversations with random people in Georgia were like this:
"Trump will win this state unless there is fraud." There was no concern about Biden beating Trump fairly, only concern was fraud.
Perdue and Loeffler are not doing enough I agree. I also agree that using the same system in the same manner with the same people counting the votes the game is rigged to hell. Republicans are disgusted with it.
I think the real sentiment is "if this shit isn't fixed to my satisfaction by Jan 5th, why bother voting". And it really doesn't matter who is on the ballot. We have to make sure it is fixed. If that Jan 5th date is not possible then somehow we need to push the runoff until it is.
I hope so. I hope it is a real investigation and not some maneuvering to "get ahead" of it.
