Maybe this Wuhan coronavirus will turn out to be a good thing in the end...(forged by fire concept). It will keep people from crossing our borders bc they’re scared of COVID-19, shows our weakness with dependence on China (proving Trump right & hopefully rectifying the problem), showing how corrupt our media is, and, if there are tax cuts, even temporary, might open peoples’ eyes to how much our government steals from us. Maybe not, but trying to stay optimistic.
Honestly, when his sentence was handed down and I saw Weinstein’s picture and BREAKING:...” (and then the headline proceeded to state that Weinstein had been sentenced to 23 years), my first thought was “shit, he suicided himself!”
A “defining moment”? Have you been paying attention the last 4 years? I think the silent coup and bringing those players to justice is much more a defining moment, but not necessarily for Trump. I think the man is trying his best. Pretty difficult for one man to root out decades of corruption in the most powerful government in the world, especially when the corruption has many global players.
Nursing used to be great...not as much now with self entitlement of patients and the huge amount of red tape and bs that now goes on in healthcare. There is a big rate of burnout with bedside nursing.
Edit to say: luckily, there are many many different types of nursing besides bedside. I now have an “office” type job as a nurse.

I’m wearing a proTrump shirt because why should I be fearful of wearing apparel supporting THE PRESIDENT!?” But sometimes I also think “Maybe it’s mote stealthy to remain the silent majority.” Now, this is all leading up to election day, when Trump wins again, you better bet you’re ass I’m wearing a pro-Trump shirt! I feel like when he wins again, the left can’t blame it on an anomaly; they will have an excuse of course, but I will feel more empowered to be like “F you! Watched a clip on Tucker last night about the selling of Cabela’s in Sidney, NE—which has killed that town—and the fucker behind it-Paul Singer. Singer has given huge amounts of money to many Republicans (and Dems too). I had never heard of the guy—it’s just another glimpse into the utter corruption in this country! I’m thankful for my faith because looking at the end-goal of eternal life is sometimes the only thing that calms my anxiety (but I also pray for strength that I’ll have the wherewithal to fight; I don’t want to get apathetic and give up).
