No. Our rights are inherent, and not granted by politicians. The only valid “law” is one that defends our rights. We don’t need a politician to tell people that rape, theft, or murder are wrong in order for society to function. We all know it and will defend ourselves accordingly, even if we have to hire extra help from private security firms.
In a free market, there’s no forced monopolies that have unlimited funding via theft (taxation). All the services we need would be provided my multiple, competing private businesses instead of the socialized services government provides.
Lack of government doesn’t mean lack of rules. There would still be rules and defense/consequences in a free society.
Imagine being so brainwashed to believe that only politicians are capable of making sure everyone respects each other’s rights.

Bullshit. Most Americans support various forms of socialism including most on this board who support certain socialized government monopoly services over the free market. There are lots of outright Communist Americans too. Let’s not pretend most Americans are not enemies of freedom/liberty.
Many Conservatives used to openly talk about how they wished we could ban all Muslims from America and would turn the Middle East into a sheet of glass. Are any of those same people suddenly condemning China for what they’re doing to these Muslins?
