The state legislators are exactly who had the duty to correct the fraud, not Mike Pence nor congress. These states failed us. Mike Pence could have pushed the issue and highlighted the states responsibility and for that inaction he is weak. But ultimately it was a state legislature failure.
Any honest member of the FBI could easily use the Whistleblower protections too. We've seen how effective and swift that works. The truth is that every single one of them is rotten to the core. There is no internal conflict.
My take would be to qualify as a platform your code, data (except user authentication data), and process must all be open source and subject to audit on a regular basis. If you can't meet that then you are a publisher.

In my professional opinion, this affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems and Edison Research have been accessible and were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, these organizations neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020. If nothing else this shows me how absolutely deep state the FBI and CIA are. Either they are in on covering up and supporting this or maybe even worse they don't know about it. Both cases show they need to be broken up and scattered to the wind. And its not just "a few at the top". Every single fuckin one of them.
