Step 1: Change the curriculum to teach children that white people invented slavery and are responsible for all the world's ills through colonialism.
Step 2: During nationwide riots, order police to leave a monument or statue of cultural importance completely unprotected.
Step 3: Ignore the online and real-life organization of people with the sole objective of destroying property. Demonize those who wish to organize to protect important cultural property from destruction and label them vigilantes, racists, and white-supremacists.
Step 4: Let things spiral out of control as spoiled whiny soyboys attempt to seriously injure someone with a deadly weapon and rightfully get shot for it.
Step 5: Order the statue/monument to be taken down, and justify it as a "safety concern".
The West should no longer bend the knee to communist China.

As we all know by now, the World Health Organization has proven itself incompetent. time and time again. The U.S.A. could choose to form an alternative where they work closely with other countries who trust competent and accountable medical doctors rather than bureaucracy and communist-style coverups and lies.
