People who do not do well on night shift and need daytime hours can do well on a rotational shift. This way that person can experience all hours of a day over the course of months, instead of missing natural sunlight and daytime activities. I mean that what is "best for circadian rhythms" is to gradually shift it by a few hours over the course of weeks. This is one way circadian rhythm disorders are treated or sleep schedules are shifted. Skipping every 4th night of sleep (or at least pushing it back for several hours) can also be an effective strategy for mood and sleep, called "sleep deprivation therapy".
If possible, see if your work could do rotational schedules. That way, you would work night shift for a few weeks, then day shift, then 2nd shift, etc. This is the best for circadian rhythms.
Convince these people to kill themselves now. It will save us some bullets when things pop off.
Yes, another “bombshell” report about corruption in our country. I’ve seen these my entire life now and nothing is ever done or will be about this. I mean, even the replies here are “lock her up” so we pay for her the rest of our lives or “send her back”, neither of which will solve these problems. People are outraged that nothing is done. We the people must do something. Our government is thoroughly corrupt and has been for numerous years and there IS NO justice anymore. You’re looking for law to help you? The law is corrupt.
