Guys! I cannot believe the level of doom over Trump's video! I left a comment, but I had to post. He did not concede. He said transition - never to Joe. He said those who broke the law will be held accountable - willing to bet it's congress members who broke their constitutional oaths. Until I see Joe sworn in, it's not over. I pray for our great country, and for our incredible president, daily. Have faith! Even if Joe is sworn in, have faith and work to do what you can. Recognize what you have control over and what you don't. Change what you can for the better, and pray about what you can't. I love this community, and it hurts my heart to see this negativity.

Y'all... I desperately want to watch interviews, but in the last four years, they've gone away from an exchange of ideas, and they've turned into a shouting match of one person trying to speak over another. If someone's ideas suck, it'll be on display, and if someone's ideas are good, it'll also be on display. Constantly talking over someone just makes you look like an ass, no matter which side you're on. Ask a good, open-ended question, and let the person in front of you answer it! Their answer will be good, bad, or a non-answer! Even if they attack Trump, be prepared with some good follow-ups to put the bias on display! Allow them to talk and dig their own hole. Give them the spotlight and mic, and let them talk. Ugh. Love y'all TRUMP 2020!

I got the job! I posted a little while ago about having a few interviews. Yesterday I got the call that I had the job I wanted! It's such a huge weight off my shoulders. Y'all sent out prayers and dragon energy. Thank you! Four more years!
My husband is leaving me after 17 years of marriage and two young kids. I have been worried to death about what I'll do for work since I've been caring for my family the last two years . I'm happy to say I have two interviews today and another Monday. The Monday one is what I'm really hoping for, but I have to grab on to my opportunities. If y'all could send along some prayers, I'd be grateful.
Update: the first interview offered me the job two hours later, but downside is the pay is lower with no bennies. The second was promising, but no word yet, possibly asking for too much availability. Monday is the one I'm aiming for, which I likely have a little leg up on as I know the people already, but the first is on the back burner just because I really felt great about the people and could possibly move up.
I debated whether to post this or not, but I could really use that "wherever two or more are gathered" stuff right now, and this community is amazing. My husband said last night that he cares for me, but he's done with our marriage and isn't in love with me any more. My first prayer is that his heart softens, and we can stay a family, as unlikely as that seems. My second prayer, if the first fails, is that my kids know they are loved by both of us. My heart is broken, and I feel blindsided and lost. If this request isn't allowed or welcome for whatever reason, apologies to the mods.

I needed to empty my phone of photos and videos because it was using a lot of memory, so I backed them up to a portable hard drive, and deleted them off the phone. When I went into my computer to look at, and weed out some things, I see that my photos are sandbagged like crazy with random photos of people I don't know, gaming screen captures, icons, etc. When I try to delete them, I can remove some, but not all of them. What do I need to do? I'm not super tech savvy, and I try to be careful.

They're shitting all over conservatives because we are law abiding citizens and will adhere to the rules, even if we don't agree with them. They give "permission" and even "support" to the libs to have their riots so that they don't seem like they have completely lost control of their own party. Riots? Justified. We got this under control. Everything's fine. 2A protest? Those assault AR 27s and their 120 round clips are gonna kill us all! Also, someone's 89 year old gramma is gonna die from the Vid. I just wanted to share how incredibly blessed and humbled I've felt during this trying time.
I haven't found flour or plain rice in the last week and a half, but there is food! So much food, especially produce, on the shelves! There are a multitude of dry goods, but maybe fewer options. There is meat! But again, fewer choices. There are soaps! Clothes! Drinks! We have a home! We have running water and electricity!
I've told my two boys just how blessed we are to live in this amazing, rich country where scarcity isn't a lack of food, but only fewer choices on the shelves.
School has been closed for a bit, but I've been home schooling and creating lesson plans because we still have high speed internet! I've been spending dedicated time with my family, and again, it is a blessing!
Finally, I am beyond thrilled that I get to live here where Donald J. Trump is my President!! The man works harder than anyone, for free, and gets nothing out of it, for the love of the U.S. and its citizens.
People are absolutely experiencing hardship, so I certainly don't want to downplay that. I pray God's comfort for each person who finds themselves in a bad situation because of the lockdown on so many businesses.
