Does anyone know what happened? They voted on issuing subpoenas and then nothing happened? Is this a joke?

It makes sense to unleash a virus and spread while containing domestic spreading. It's a win-win-win for them to try 1)hurt the us economy vs their domestic economy 2)try and insert demented Biden so they can bribe him like they used to 3)create social chaos to try and disseminate chicom propaganda in the interior of the USA.

The chinese know very well that to win against the USA they must use the free american system against the USA, that's how they operate and think.

So far it has kind of worked and in fact chinese markets have rebounded faster then us markets and narrowed the basis. Biden has a chance now (although i still think very unlikely) and fake protests are everywhere challenging the american system. Plus they keep throwing crumbs to Trump of soy and corn purchases to keep his wrath away as he is too afraid to do anything drastic not to crash markets and his re-election chances.

This is how the chinese plan and think, it's quite brilliant really except for one thing. This may backfire as now americans are now realizing the power of china has over the USA and will fight back (over time).

Trump should go scorched earth and ban them from the SWIFT system, cancel their Treasury holdings and repossess (not just freeze) any chinese assets globally. That will create an instant market crash in china and chinese civil war within a week.
