If the State nullifies the vote/disenfranchizes the votes of X% of the eligible, male, over 21yro, US Citizen voting population; then they lose THAT same X% of their House seats. as per The 14th Amendment. This varies a bit, but would likely on average mean 25-50%, some more or less, depending on the vote fraud and how many House seats they "should" have with the Census to start as a baseline. Like if a State gets 4 from the Census, but loses 50% so down to 2 seats. Or another has 3 seats but loses 40%, then they might be down to 2 seats (33%).
The 14th contains the words which Amends some of the apportionment of House Seats from the original Constitution.

Yes I agree on most points, but one simple thing as proud as Romans were (and since they pretty much founded London too); but if you had the ability to take the leaders of ancient Rome, and transport them to 1775 British Court, and showed them all the technology, the map/scale of the Empire; all the luxuries, goods, peoples, infrastructure, medicine, astronomy, books (including the re-discovery of ancient Greek & Roman texts) etc. Most ancient Romans would probably agree that the British Empire was far greater than the Roman one, by a great many different standards; even if Britains rivials were greater too.
Of course a proper true proud ancient Roman would likely take credit for Londinium conquering the world, and say see Constantine should have moved the Capital there instead :)

Oh good question, we do need a tips and tricks for things around here, as there's all kinds of neat stuff we don't use or forget about. Like just the other day a Pede reminded me of using the ~ to put before and after something makes ~strikeouts~ the same way the * before and after makes italics or the ** makes Bold. (no spaces between the symbol and the start/end of whats used)
1.) ✔ For me on desktop, if right-click in the text editor, it brings up menu (like copy, paste, etc. and at the TOP of it is "emoji" or on Windows the shortcut of holding down the Windows Key and the PERIOD key . and it brings up the emoji box to select. It has menu across the top and the bottom (like on a smartphone sorta) to select from.
2.) ON mobile, you can likely copy/paste from your texting app as well to copy/paste in emojis or other icons into the text editor here; or there depending on what kind of device or browser, you might have other shortcuts like press-hold to bring up a sub-menu in the text editor on TD onscreen; but the first two are likely easist.
