Redpill: "censure/censuring" is a parliament thing, and the USA is a Republic. Therefore, no such legal thing as "Censure" in American politics/law; just as if they gave her a title of nobility as a "reward" no such thing in American politics/law.
Anyone in America who talks about/does/promotes the ideas or votes for "Censure" (or giving a "title of nobility") is openly admitting they're not following the US Constitution and American law.

There is a difference between "politics" (and human-nature) and "the 2-party system".
Most of the complaints including those you mention have to do with the nature of politics since before written history, and will still be part of politics thousands of years from now: back-stabbers, back-room deals, two-faced, lying/deception, bribery, graft, no-bid contracts, coin-shaving, endless wars, traitors, nepotism, etc.
There's good reasons why all through most all history and cultures, most "politicians" usually rate somewhere in social praise/standing between lawyers & prostitutes.
What the 2party system does, is it keeps (political) stability (by many mechanisms).
Parliamentary systems (3+parties or lots) only properly function with a functioning monarchy, as that's why/how the parlimentary system was invented. Without a functioning monarchy, the parliamentary system breaks down into a bureaucracy easily taken over by socialists/marxism (which is why and how FDR/Truman et all set up most of the conquered Post WW2 map of "allied" areas. Truman's re-election in Nov 1948 came with Post-midnight ballot dumps to defeat Dewey, this just months after the June 1948 3USC2 law of Electors past Election Day took effect. By the time IKE was POTUS and put a stop to most of the marxists parliamentary democracy Plans, much was already baked into Europe & Japan, etc.
And many party Republics, based on families, like Rome, internalizes (within the family) the power-politics (eg then things like siblings killing each other, uncles taking power from nephews, mafia & old testiment type stuff, etc.)
So in America, and by our Founders; understanding politics and history; didn't want any monarchies or any ruling family dynasties in our Republic. So these mechanisms of politics and political power have to be vested somewhere; and as it was in early America pre-1776; the result is the 2 party system AND how our country is structured in the US Constitution.
Buried deep within the US CONSTITUTION is a National Treasure-type hidden redpill by the Founders; this creates the 2 party system for a near quarter millenia now. What we are about to witness in these present days, is EXACTLY the 2party treasure which our FOUNDERS put in, to prevent these sorts of Constitutional "crisis" from occuring; and when they do occur; it doesn't go down the way most all human history writes it going in other places and other times.
Simply, like anything, we have to do the regular cleaning, dusting, mopping, washing, scrubbing; and the yearly spring cleaning; and the repainting and all the normal maintenences.. This includes within our local gov, State gov, Federal gov; within the Republican Party.

I did make this post years ago. Describing what was coming, exactly how to stop (all of) it, how to head the commies off at the pass, how we had to speed up to catch up to their marching double-time, how all the ways they cheat/fraud elections and how to fix/solve all that too, etc (everything).
We are in the here and now.
See... Unfortunately, it's been true for almost 5 years now; there is a structural "leadership gap" both here and in the bigger picture. What in the miitary would be like junior officers and non-coms. There's Trump up top; maybe a few "generals" like S.B. and then a giant gap down to us Pedes; same with how the Dom is there's mods and theres Pedes; there's no middle-layer leadership positions. So with 'da rulz' here, and with how the DJT Campaign and WH have been structured, there's no way to "rise up the ranks" (particularly those of us irl who are on the front lines vs the commies for decades/generations, it's not possible to have a "perfect resume" if fighting corruption, criminals, and commies for years. Imagine if Trump came out hard against criminals and commies when he was young, all the crap they throw at him, he never would have gotten where he made it to.) And contrary to what we meme, there's no real way to get information up through the channels/gatekeepers either, because it's those lower (but frontline) officer ranks that send info/reports back up the Chain of Command as well.
This structural leadership gap is exactly what you mention as you said, "People need directions more than ever, especially now." This leadership training, of how to do things, basic stuff like becoming Precinct officers within the Republican Party; how to fundraise in politics; how to organize events; how to run for office; how to clean marxism out of a PTA/school, church, school board, boy scout troop, etc.
So far. No such luck. But, now at least I don't have to explain to people what is comming anymore. It's sorta like when I would describe my APPS and Smartphones to people back in the very late 1980's and 1990's; and things like Uber/Lyft; at some point enough people could see it for themselves, I no longer had to explain what an APP was on your phone and why your cel phone was smart vs a pager or brick-phone; or why you'd just use your phone to "automatically call/schedule a taxi".
In the next few days, depending on which way President Trump directs the history mankind; will be either one of two main directions for people to help get the work done. Sorta like reading the differences between Old Testiment and New.
At least everyone, even democrats, know that history is at a cross-roads; let's pray the marxists and evil-doers don't win. I'm not tired of winning yet.

The issues you mention are not from an issue with the Constituton; but like 99% of our nation's problems, it's because we're not enforcing the US Constitution as written.
Enforce the US Constitution, and K.H. gets handcuffs for illegally being DA of San Fran; AG of CA, Senator for CA, and fraud of running for Pres in primary & VP in general; not to mention all the national security violations she's exposed herself to while illegally doing the above.
