Redpill: Technically, when States' Electors vote and Tally (on Dec 14th-usually in their State capitals) they can/should sign this tally sealed, like how juries vote and send envelope to the judge. Then all are opened/revealed in front of the Joint Session of congress in January to be compilled the total votes.

Yes the numbers aren't exactly 50/50 split; and because it's also age 21, it also skews a bit. But since the House Seats are capped, in reality there's going to be much rounding off of %'s anyhow to get to whole number of seats; and it's never going to be exactly precise in how many voters got screwed, but roughly it's going to be 25-50% of House Seats lost just from the Fraud, not counting the other things in the SuperMajority link.

PSA Every "transition team law" is unconstitutional, bc Congress can't tell the Executive Branch who to stick where. There should be ZERO access for "transition team" crap even in a legit election, bc the USA doesn't have "President Elect/Dual Presidents". The US Constitution has written it's own version of "transitions"; and if the 9/11 Commission thinks the transition is too short; then tell FDR and his Era to repeal the shortening; and clean up the Constitution.
