So today, Saturday Nov 7, President Trump tweeted twice that he received 71,000,000 LEGAL votes. Now how could he come to such a specific number if no state recounts have started??? He tweeted it TWICE! Obviously another system would have had to be keeping track simultaneously. So did they indeed keep track of the ballots by marking them using tamper proof Quantum Voting Blockchain as claimed elsewhere?
