She's using the Alex Jones/Tucker Carlson defence. She's basically saying that her statements re election fraud and Doiminion Voting Systems cannot be defamatory because they are so obviously false that only an idiot would believe her to be stating the truth.

Isnt it interesting that Sydney Powell in her response to the lawsuit filed against her by Dominion Voting Systems, stated that her statements made against VDS were: "no reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact".

So anyone who believed that VDS had hacked the election was clearly an idiot!

Hang on, I thought we were all against the UN, international courts etc.

Now we're in favor of them?

It's hard to remember what we're supposed to protest against sometimes!

No, but I also don't put my wife behind the wheel of the car then blindfold her when she sets off for the store!

Amelioration of risk is just something any responsible person will do.

ALL of it was a lie. Wood, Powell, Giuliani .... all those stories of 100,000 dead voters ..... it was all about getting their 5 minutes in the spotlight. Giuliani hasn't been relevant since 9/11 ..... Wood and Powell have NEVER been relevant.

And Q was bullshit from the start.

And if its your kids time, or your wife's time etc...... then tough luck, so be it.

Yes, yes... by all means whatever you do, make sure both you, your family, and all of your friends do NOT take the vaccine.

In one stroke, we'll double the average IQ of American citizens ;)

No, its Capitalism. You would no doubt be aware that freedom of speech suits only apply to congress/government actions.

"As clarification do you know why Giuliani and co never alleged fraud in the law suits?"

Well maybe, just maybe, it was because he couldnt prove fraud. I mean, there's been a LOT of talk about hacked machines and dead voters etc, but to date no-one has been prepared to step into a witness chair and state on oath that fraud occurred. Sure, there's been lots of press conferences saying fraud had occurred, and even a weird 'court-like' gathering but NO-ONE has to date put the rubber on the road and say ON OATH that they can prove fraud.

I mean, we all know politicians and lawyers lie, right?

Interesting that a bunch of these are round numbers ...10,000 15,000 130,000 etc

Almost as though its an estimate or someone is just making up the numbers.

Makes you wonder why Mitch McConnell wouldnt allow a vote to go forward on a bill for election security, part of which was to prevent voting machines from connecting to the internet.

The problem is that imbeciles like Giuliani and Powell are the 'faces' of the voter fraud complaint. Giuliani talks a lot about fraud, then goes into court and tells the court he is not alleging fraud! Powell is plainly a lunatic, and people look at those two and say, "That's the best they've got?????"

Of course, a pillow salesman is hardly going to change anyone's mind now.

Its an unfortunate fact, but she is always going to be remembered as an insurrectionist to her country.

And that's why no-one cares.

You name it ... tax fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, obstruction of justice, perjury. He's gonna be buried so deep in lawsuits he'll never see the sun again.

Yeah I suppose the cop died of a medical issue. Getting your brains bashed in with a fire extinguisher could be construed that way.

Same as Ashli Babbit died of a medical issue, a blood leak occasioned through medical insertion of a 9mm bullet.
