Keep dropping truth but do it in question form. Question his points and beleifs. Challenge his critical thinking, dont attack his beliefs. When you do that people shut down. You have to help him to question these things on his own.

Yep, my wife worked in the field for over a decade. The culture of employees and refusal to pay better eventually killed it for her. It's sad too, because she loved them all so much, her patients that is. I believe she was made for that field, and it's such a giant shame the way it ruined her.
Better for me though, I made some changes and got a stay at home momma pede to raise our kids! Best thing that ever happened to my kids really.
