Historically it was said after every Mass until it was dropped after the 2nd Vatican Council. Pope John Paul II encouraged Catholics to start again.

I’m from ND and I’m not stupid or easily duped but no one with any recognition ran against him. People in ND win on name recognition only. Hopefully people are starting to wake up.
