I mean mess up timing in that...they wouldn't get it to SCOTUS in time to be able to make a decision that would then influence delegates/electors/legislatures in time.
Just a theory but...I think....if these judges sided with Trump, it would then fall to the other side to put the appeal in...and if they decided to delay, it could mess up timing with constitutional deadlines. They sided against Trump (for frivolous reasons) so that they would have good grounds to appeal to SCOTUS immediately.
Saw that one too. I don't agree with his politics but I like hearing different sides and he's a lefty I can tolerate. I like his diagnosis but usually disagree with his solution.

No...you missed my point so let me be more clear. He's either deliberately ignoring evidence that is already publicly available or he's simply ignorant of all the facts available.
And its not that he's just waiting to see what the facts are when presented at trial, because he's made it pretty clear that he doesn't expect it to change anything. He wants these cases to go forward, not because he thinks Trump won, but because he agrees that there are problems that need to be exposed...but then refused to honestly acknowledge the possibility that it could actually throw an election...meanwhile ignoring the fact that it has already changed things for down ballot republicans.
He's either ignorant of what is already publicly available in sworn affidavits, on cellphone video, from project veritas and through math or he's deliberately trying to downplay the seriousness of the evidence that already exists. I've heard him make conclusions with a hell of lot less evidence than whats already out.
