And its not that he's just waiting to see what the facts are when presented at trial, because he's made it pretty clear that he doesn't expect it to change anything. He wants these cases to go forward, not because he thinks Trump won, but because he agrees that there are problems that need to be exposed...but then refused to honestly acknowledge the possibility that it could actually throw an election...meanwhile ignoring the fact that it has already changed things for down ballot republicans.
