Better article on this. If not enough winning electoral votes sent to electoral college due to disputes/lawsuits, legislatures not approving, etc., it goes to house of representives, but voted by state and the majority of congressmen from that state. I think Republicans incereased states with majority of house representatives this election. Going by state delegation having just one vote each simulates electoral college and keeps smaller states from being steam rolled by states with large delegations.
An earlier article from 5 Nov by Daniel Horowitz on TheBlaze that explains the process (I, like most Americans, did not know how President is selected. I found this article pretty helpful):

I think these states have a lot of rural counties with a lot of Trump supporters who will not go quietly and will hold them accountable if they don't address blatant and systemic election fraud in large Democrat-run cities in these states.
This post hit the nail on the head. But I think there will be an imortant phase before this at state legislatures where we can make an impact.
Before this, state legislatures, where Republicans hold majorities in GA, PA, WI, MI, and AZ, could meet on their own and void the autopilot process to sit electors for the electoral college.
See the link below to a new article by Daniel Horowitz on TheBlaze and Revolver about on how state legislatures can override blatant and systemic electoral fraud. State legislatures can do this and don't need governors to convene the legislature.
If I am reading the article correctly, the legislature could meet in a local tavern and fix this. They don't have to accept the auto process they passed into law based on a state's secretary of state certifying an election where democratic operatives seem to have engaged in systemic electoral fraud.
These state legislatures swore an oath. Will they get a lot of pressure to look the other way? Yes, but our founders risked far more than hateful tweets to give them the power to represent the people who elected them. Just say no to blatant and systemic voter fraud.
Needs to be in states where Republicans control both the state assembly and state senate and can override/veto blatant election fraud by democratic operatives in large, corrupt cities: PA, GA, WI, MI, AZ, and NC.
These popularly elected state legislatures can seat all Trump electors for the Electoral College. Our founding fathers were wise to put in this safeguard in our constitution where the winner can’t be determined due to rampant fraud.
The rallies should ‘help’ these state legislatures find the courage to deliver justice for their constituents and fulfill their constitutional duty that they swore an oath to do.
Great post and glad it is now stickied. Daniel Horowitz article/op-Ed now on Blaze, Free Republic blog, and Doug Rosa/Lawryn’s Linx blog on why this can and should negate election fraud. Most people don’t know how President is legally selected and how wise our Founding Fathers were to plan for this and use a popularly elected state legislature to wipe out blatant electoral fraud.
Link is to the Horowitz must read article on Blaze on how this should result in President Trump’s re-election. Key quotes from this article below:enter text
Art. II, Sec. 1, §2 of the Constitution stipulates that "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct" the electors to vote for president. The Constitution gives Congress the authority to set the date of that vote, which, pursuant to 3 U.S.C. §7, is the Monday after the second Wednesday in December of presidential election years. This year it is Dec. 14.
Notice how the Constitution specifically gives the job of choosing electors to the legislature, and unlike with standard legislation, there is no shared jurisdiction or responsibility with the governor, much less some random state or federal judge. Charles Pinckney, one of the signers of the Constitution from South Carolina, reiterated on the Senate floor on Jan. 23, 1800, how careful the framers were to cut Congress out of the process.
The Electors are to be appointed by each State, and the whole direction as to the manner of their appointment is given to the State Legislatures," said Pinckney during a Senate debate. "Nothing was more clear … that Congress had no right to meddle with it at all; as the whole was entrusted to the State Legislatures, they must make provision for all questions arising on the occasion."
Technically, this means that state legislatures could even appoint electors and completely avoid or cancel out popular election ballots we have today, at least for the president and vice president. This was the practice in some states in the early days of the republic. As Justice Joseph Story wrote in his 1833 "Commentaries on the Constitution," state legislatures choosing the electors themselves "has been firmly established in practice, ever since the adoption of the constitution, and does not now seem to admit of controversy, even if a suitable tribunal existed to adjudicate upon it."
Well done!!!
