What? SCOTUS is there to maintain all State's play by the same rules of the Constitution and provide a place for one State to air grievance and complain/challenge the conduct of other States.
If they are now not willing to do even that, then what is the actual purpose of SCOTUS? Where do State's go to complain about the behaviour of other states??
