Well done my fellow Utah voters!
So sad. Years ago i used to live right next to the lake. It was a beautiful place.
My family has been doing homeschool for about 8 years now and we are so glad we did now that things have gotten worse with public school. It was hard at first but my kids are ahead of their age in almost every subject. Some people say. "What about socialization?" You socialize dogs not children. They have way more real world activities and hands-on homeschool group experiences than most public school students ever gets.
I was raised by Democrats and when I went to university instead of going more left and anarchist. I became a Republican. Everyone at university is all, "have an open mind, explore new ideas." So I decided to do just that and explore the opposite side. I realized that I agreed more with the republican side than I did with my upbringing. My parents are still full democrat and have gotten worse over the years and have full TDS, to the point I don't talk politics with them. I on the other hand have gotten more conservative to the point that I don't even feel like the Republicans are my party anymore and barely represent me.
