I wanted to talk about this kids capabilities and self awareness. I watched all the videos from every possible angle, multiples of 3, 4 ,and 5 views of each scene.
Starting off, "Shoot me Nigga Child Rapist" chases the kid and throws his bag of rocks at Kyle, while Kyle is running from the initial encounter. Behind Kyle, a tall asshole from the gas station fires a pistol in the air behind him. As he turns to the cars, SMNCR catches up to Kyle, and Kyle turns to engage him. He doesn't shoot until SMNCR lunges at him to tackle Kyle, it was at THAT point Kyle fired off 4 rounds and put one in his head killing him. He didn't fire until he absolutely had to, when SMNCR actually was lunging at him. Good shoot and he was in pure defense mode. The guy following behind didn't try to attack Kyle, and Kyle didn't threaten him while he circled around the car and came back to SMNCR.
Kyle then tried to call 911, but in the audio you can hear multiple gunshots just after across the lot near him, and the crowd starts screaming "get him", "beat him", "grab him". Kyle realizes his danger and runs back to police lines near the gas station. As he is double timing it in the port position, several BurnLootMurder pieces of shit, tried to tackle him or strike him from behind. One guy in white tried to hit him in the head with what looks like a club. As Kyle is trying to dodge these actions, he stumbles and falls.
What happens next is miraculous for the actions and this kids Situational Awareness. He is surrounded by both hostiles and neutrals who are all dressed alike and the only difference is their physical actions. As he stumbles back he sees "Black Head Stomp" trying to jump on his head and stomp him into the ground. He fired his rifle once, almost nailing BHS in the head, and avoids the hit to his head by rolling his shoulders. BHS shit himself and immediately disengages and flees for his life.
At the same time, "Wife Beater Skateboard Guy" rushes forward and tries to bash Kyle in the back of the head while also trying to pull the gun from his hands. Kyles roll from the kick saved him from getting bashed in the head. Instead of hitting him in the head, WBSG hits him across the shoulders. Kyle maintains control of his weapon, and as WBSG pulls on the weapon Kyle fires twice and both rounds are under the arm to the center of mass. He was hit in the Heart. As WBSG stumbles away, realizing he shouldn't have brought a skateboard to a gun fight and drops dead from the heart wound.
As the WBSG stumbles away, "Felon Arm Guy", who happens to be one of the original organizers and instigators of all of this, runs up on Kyle with his Beretta drawn and Kyle aims his rifle at him while still on the ground scanning for attackers. FAG raises his weapon like he is harmless. Kyle starts to look around for more attackers when FAG tries to point his gun at Kyle while trying to grab Kyles gun. Kyle instantly recognized the danger and shoots twice hitting him once in the gun arm. Once those tendons and muscles were destroyed, FAG couldn't use his arm or even drop his gun. FAG immediately backs off.
As all of this is happening, there are several people running up on the scene who immediately turn and clear the area. Kyle notes them and ignores them. There is a guy holding a yellow bat or pole off to the side and Kyle notes him and doesn't point his weapon at him since he isn't a threat. He scans in a 360 as he gets to his feet while STILL maintaining control of his weapon. He then clears the area to the police lines.
The amount of control and awareness that Kyle displayed in those seconds was remarkable. He knew where every danger was, he only reacted to those trying to assault or disarm him, he ignored those who were innocent, and he knew to tell the difference. He displayed a Close Order Combat Awareness that would put a lot of veterans to shame. The kid is only 17. Whoever his Dad is, he should be proud. He taught his son how to use a weapon safely and smartly.
Everything this kid did was pure defense. He never threatened anyone. He was trying to clear the area and wasn't the aggressor at any point. The video and audio evidence is going to clear him in short order because it clearly shows he was always trying to leave. At no point did he act aggressive to anyone who wasn't a threat. He only fired a total of 9 rounds, but he scared of 1 assailant, he killed two Felons and crippled a third. As well, he scared off the other 20 - 30 people who were chasing him, saving their lives. Pretty good shooting for 9 rounds.
