I'm working as a signature verification judge, the county knows the set number of people that are registered to vote in the county. So technically if you vote early and it is accepted (make sure your signature is consistent), then it allows for the numbers to be monitored in an obvious way. Besides where I live it seems like the covid numbers are mysteriously rising again and schools are starting to shut down again. My fear is they will have more Democrat votes then shut down in person voting not allowing for many Republican votes to go through. I live in the Denver metro area and for in person voting only 9 spots were available to vote in. You had to wait. Imagine waiting in a huge line on election day only to have to polls close before you could cast your vote.

Leaders and warriors that were used by God to complete tasks were not "qualified" by the world's standards. Typically, they were average people who had faith or were shown Gods power by deliverance through trials.
