Agreed, but may I humbly suggest to remember the leftists always move the goalposts. Meaning as soon as you start winning they come up with new definitions based in psuedo social science. Fantastic! Streamlining the process, genius! A huge part of the psychological warfare the leftist use is trying to make people feel like they are outnumbered or out of touch with a false reality. Which is why they need the media on their side. I personally think this (.win) is the first step. I have pondered how it got so out of control. From what I can observe conservatives tend to be more family oriented. Thus there is a legitimate fear of being fired, because you have dependant children/spouse. Also, most family oriented people want to spend time with their families, which means we don't climb corporate ladders as quickly. However, give it time, the liberals who hate children or have aborted offspring to advance career will die off with no legacy. Not only that but leftists have become so crazy they mimic zealous religious people which push away young people. The pendulum will swing back in our favor. Unfortunately it will take time, but I pour my legacy into my children. They know they are loved, they can critically think, and most importantly they can see what the leftists are doing with their own eyes!

Agreed, those who are usually trash talking conservatives at work are awfully silent lately. Even corporate, which was pushing diversity when the Floyd death happened, is even distant about talking anything race related. Some are waking up, some are just quietly losing, but we must not forget this is far from over!
