Youre going through a network merger. take your phone into a store and ask them to help troubleshoot your sms. I recommend stores that are not high volume and maybe buy something from the rep ( cause it keeps us employeed). I recommend a new sim card or reset your sim on the network. My t-mobile to t-mobile sharing works. You could even power cycle your phone.

You'll need to be authorized on the account or they wont let you swap out the SIM. Anyway, your SIM card is entirely how your device connects to the network and often times it'll go bad over time. We usually update sims when people upgrade their phone. Your network issues could also stem from T-Mobile modernising the towers to 5G and merging sprint's network into something usable. I've worked at T-Mobile for near 10 years and sim swaping the most common fix for these issues. Additionally you could call technical care and have them reset your sim on the network. Its doesn't always fix this issue but it could.
