Similar story, from about 10 years ago in a tenderloin hotel also... Just as I walked out the door, talking on my cell phone some black teen snatched it and ran off. I ran after him, looking left and right down alleys and cross streets... Saw him taking a breather leaning on a Ford explorer... Confronted him and he asked for money to get my phone back... Put the money out there & snatched my phone then ran away while he called me a cheap ass or something.

Single bars is absolute value, wtf is double bars? & The infinity symbol? Normally that's going to have an integral associated with it, more or less saying the equation is encompassing a limit approaching infinity.
