Nope, end up leading to corruption like everything else. Do they deserve more money, most likely as im guessing they don't have/get an absurd amount. I don't ever recall the bundys declaring themselves sovereign citizens or anything like that. That stuff usually stands out to me but it has been some years now since watching it unfold.
