I might be wrong though. I just know there is no private bail bond industry in Wisconsin. There might be some type of government bond program that you can pay 10% of the total amount to get a bond. I'm going to look into it more.
I don't think that's how it works in Wisconsin. Cash only bail no bonds so they would have to pay the full amount.

This happened in my city. These people were protesting outside the city jail because inmates shouldn't have to be locked up because of covid lol. The guy on the bike was blocking a tow truck called to tow people who were illegally parked. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

The shots happen so fast after the spray it's basically simultaneous to it. There is no way the shooter was able to draw his weapon that fast after the guy sprayed. Most likely scenario is Jay saw the shooter with gun in hand and sprayed mace trying to defend himself.
