Do all the reporting you like after the trial, even share the statements made in court, but the US media carnival makes a mockery what was already a shitshow of a justice system.
Fairly sure I heard the prosecutor say that we would hear his levels were 11, but that this doesn't take into account the level of resistance he'd have built up through extensive use.

That means that for 90% of men, 100% of rape accusations are false.
This is why my advice to men is that the moment you find out a woman claims you raped her because she was drunk, if you had any alcohol yourself before having sex with her you go straight to the police (even if she hasn't) and report her as having raped (or 'serious sexual assault' in the UK) you.
That way you get the protections of a rape victim, you get the victim payout and if you get in first, your lawyers can argue that she's making a retaliatory claim to try and evade justice.
The law doesn't differentiate by gender and rape accusations are serious, so be pro-active in your defence.

The questions had to be submitted in advance, so not only is he going down a list of names, he's also got pre-prepared answers written down for him.
Which means that this video is in fact him trying to merely read out a prewritten response.
With the safety of the Atlantic in the way I can look at this with enough dispassion to just be sad. I personally think he's a corrupt paedophile but those are things for which criminal prosecution is the appropriate action. Propping him up and parading him in public like this is malicious and evil by everybody involved, and is a global shame on the US.
The first witness knew something wasn't right, but couldn't articulate what.
The second witness appeared to be bored shitless and seemed genuinely confused by why the prosecutor was asking her some questions. "Do you know who this woman is?" was met by a non-verbal response of "Why the fuck are you asking me about some random bitch I've never seen before?"
He may or may not have a good reason but she sure as hell couldn't see it. The only time she showed any personality or life was laughing at her own voice on the video she took then when the prosecutor circled someone on a third party camera feed and asked, "Do you know who this is?" she seemed delighted to be able to provide a solid constructive answer: "That's me!"
If I was on the jury I'd be confused why this witness was brought.
