Key thing here a lot seem to miss. I haven't seen any other times they said "we need your side of the story" or similar. What I do see is "what you in the past told me, and I believe you, that it was lies". This likely means with the current evidence at least, that this isn't the first time he was accused of this. Possibly by the mother, possibly someone else. I lean towards the mother though, because all of a sudden the story makes sense as "once again, we need the story from you that we will force her to say is what happened". The desperation to call also makes sense if they are both getting pounded on it, they don't want to say the wrong thing that would crack the family wall on this. Assuming they are trying to gaslight and convince the mother that it never actually happened, any daylight between the three stories is a chance for the mother to get fed up and report it to police instead.
Based on everything I know about the situation and What'sApp:
It would appear this 4 person chat (Hunter, Jim, Rob, and YOU) is mostly the same core group of people as the other 5 person chat (Hunter, Jim, Rob, James, Tony) with Tony on it that has leaked a lot of the most damaging texts so far.
This screenshot seems to be Hunter being extremely angry at Tony for having full control of the CEFC sponsored group. This is in line with the statements made by Tony that once he discovered the Biden's were siphoning of cash from the group, he took steps to stop it. He then claims they went behind his back to do so anyway later.
Based on those players, and the fact that James is being talked to in the chat by Hunter, it would appear James is the YOU in that 4 person group, not Tony. This is also in line with the statement's that they went behind his back, because this is the 4 of the apparent core 5 all talking excluding the 5th, with one directly and pointedly complaining about that 5th having too much control.
James is clearly the one that was on the Russian cell network with an iPhone when this was sent. We can reasonably infer Tony used a blackberry at the time, because there's no real easy way to transfer the encrypted chats from that era of What'sApp to my knowledge. In modern What'sApp you can save and backup chats to transfer, but I do not know exactly when this feature was added. This network serviced Ukraine at the rough time these events would be occurring (2014/2017, service ended in 2017). Since we don't yet know when exactly this blowup took place, we cannot pin down the exact time to match it to a travel schedule or the Cell Network.
The next two parts are educated speculation. The first, why would he keep the phone? As someone that uses What'sApp in my work, I always keep all my old phones in case I ever need to find a conversation later (in this case to reference serial numbers and pictures of equipment installed). So long as it doesn't touch a network to deauthorize that phone from your What'sApp account, you can use it as an archive indefinitely. If he had what he even suspected was possibly shady information about the Biden's he would have no reason not to at least hold onto the phones, and in this case it also explains the cell phone pictures are of the screen itself instead of screenshots sent from it. He may not want to risk the phone's What'sApp being deauthorized by connecting it to a network so that he can no longer access them. As a secondary issue he also likely doesn't want to risk the phone getting a connection and deciding to update the apps or OS to a version where it no longer supports the old messages and he has no protection. Either case is a legitimate concern.
The second is, why would James send this to Tony? Well in this case, there's multiple realistic possible reasons. The most likely in my mind is that James didn't want Tony left out of the loop that Hunter was obviously extremely angry at his level of control. This is a rant of a known drug addict, something that was extremely well known to all 5, that is saying basically how not worth it and easily replaceable Tony is. If James thought Tony was doing a good job overall, he might want to warn him Hunter was saying these things just so that he was not blindsided later, even if he was still a part of the side-plotting 4. James may have simply considered Tony a friend, and wanted to keep him in the loop what the other core 4 were saying when he wasn't in that chat. This may be the Core 5 group chat, and Hunter may have simply been the group admin, that kicked Tony off during this fit of rage, with James simply trying to get him back up to speed by showing him what he missed after Hunter cooled off. There's many possibilities that are all equally rational.
Listen, the best thing you can do is if you like this content, you want to see more helicopter rides, then share it with all of your friends
Nah man, I know a LOT of people that when they found out about the kiddie diddler changed their tune immediately. This has burned ALL sympathy out of any non TDS person over Hunter. This is why Trump should HAMMER on it. No one except the far left TDS crowd wants to support pedos, and the second Biden defends his son on it he burns too. He's between a rock and a hard place. Child crimes means EVERYTHING that could be used to store contact or transmit is fair game. If he welcomes an investigation, it all comes out, there's no safe place to hide his involvement including since financials will be examined too. If he defends his pedo son, no one sane will vote for him. His only play is to keep lying about Russian disinformation, and Trump can counter that immediately by saying "oh so he only molested your granddaughter because the Russian camera made him do it? Did the Russians make him text you about it too? Did it also make him hand over 'half his salary' to you per his texts to his daughter? Damn those russians and their mind control..."
It depends on the context. If you are adding it clearly for the sole purpose of avoiding libel or slander laws, i.e. "i have to say ALLEGED here legally but alleged child mol..." then no, it isn't always protected because if its obvious the point is to say defamatory material while trying to cover it in a thin mask of "allegedly" then you can still be sued. Especially if you can't point to who first alleged it. If you're saying "it has been alleged by the New York Post that Hunter Biden..." and they have been alleged to do what you say, you are stating a fact, and accurate statements of fact cannot be considered defamatory. There's more gray area here too, since it can be argued it IS still defamatory since it was unproven etc, but generally the simplest way around that is to take and publish both accounts, i.e. "it has been alleged by the New York Post that Hunter Biden... which Hunter has denied through his lawyer."
You're probably planning or purchasing wrong. First, get a club membership like BJ's or Sam's Club. 100/12 $8.33 a month. Bulk Chicken Thighs as an example, on sale for 5 pounds for 8 bucks last time I bought them. Ground beef, 3 pounds for 6. Cheap flank steak, 2 pounds 10 bucks or so. 2.5 Pound pork loin, 7 something on sale. Cheap sausages like hotdogs or similar, 1 pound 3 to 4 bucks not on sale. That's easily 2 weeks of meat alone for a single guy. It will freeze for a month easily, more if you portion it first then freeze individually. All for less than 40 bucks including the cost of the membership. Most of those are sales of course, but meat tends to run in cycles of "this week chicken, then pork, beef, preserved, chicken".
Second, find at least 2 different grocery stores, Week 1, buy everything you need from the first. Week 2, buy everything you need from the second. Week 3, do the math and decide which staples you'll get from the first, which you'll get from the second. Be careful to take into account sales, and I reccomend keeping an eye on their sales if you can like if you get a weekly flyer. I personally do most of my dry and canned goods from the first, then most/all my perishables and meats I'm not buying in bulk (mostly breakfast stuff like bacon eggs milk) from the second. I went to the grocery store twice a week, one on weekends, one on way home from work. Every 2 weeks to a month I would go to a wholesale club.
Basically, find what's a good deal, buy in bulk when it is, portion out over time. I was feeding 5 people easily for about 50 bucks a week 2 meals a day. Every meal had meat, every meal had leftovers for the 3rd meal if anyone wanted it. Some weeks was 60-70 while the next were 40-30, so I am averaging a bit. And this isn't to say it was the exclusive food, still ordered pizza's and whatever else occasionally. But the core food bill was still 50 for 5. The second thing is, it will ALWAYS be cheap and easy to make more than less. A 2 pound box of macaroni noodles will be literally under 2 bucks. Tossing in enough meat and veggies to make it decently tasty, nutritionally balanced, and healthy will cost way less than just trying with the meat and veg alone. Can do it with rice, potatoes mashed or cut, etc. It takes less time overall to prepare too.
The longest part was boiling water in most cases, and for that you just cover a pot and leave on medium when you get home, by the time it's boiling you have done whatever you wanted, and when it's actually time to cook you just turn it up and uncover. The longest it took to cook of "involved time" was usually under 30 minutes unless it was something special.
Second huge thing a lot of people don't think about for cheap tasty food is "turn the rest into soup". Say you make the cheap pork roast. You add the potatoes, carrots, celery, onion etc and cook it, maybe using some stock to add flavor. You spice it and let it go. Meals done, you toss the meat and veg in a container, clean the pan and done. Why? You were already half way to soup anyway. Instead I say put it all in a slow cooker, start it on low go to work or whatever. After you get back you have a lovely slow cooked roast, eat that and are happy. Then just shred the rest of the roast, add some canned things like corn or green beans etc, maybe some extra carrot or celery, top the rest with stock, and leave it. Now you have an extremely easy, extremely tasty, and extremely cheap soup to eat by itself or as part of something else that maybe wasn't going to go as far. The base roast was already going to cost whatever it would cost. You throw maybe 5 bucks more into it, and you have at least 2 days of extra for no cost.
If they REALLY want to make a big impact, they should start adding "a debunked right wing conspiracy" to everything. "The Hindenburg crash was a debunked right wing conspiracy that a zeppelin crashed..." "Alexander The Great was a white alleged conqueror that a debunked right wing conspiracy claims conquered the known world..."
Its not like they can filter the phrase AND continue using it for their propaganda, the regular leftist administrators and editors that constantly add it are suddenly "trolls" too. And as a bonus, we might literally turn the gang stalking paranoids even crazier that all of human history is actually a vast secret right wing conspiracy. Think about how insane they'll look to normies when they try to start claiming stuff like Alexander The Great wasn't real and the Hindenburg never happened.
They Streisand Effected it big time by trying to bury it and letting big tech censor for them. Now they're all forced to talk about it as the "alleged censorship of wild rumors about the Bidens" but even hard-core lefties are breaking with them on this like Mollie Hemingway. She's retweeting TRUMP of all people on it, and even adding her own agreement on top of it. There's millions of people who's stance has always been "i dunno, if there's evidence, maybe?" They relied on this to push "mai russia!" Because they could just claim there was evidence and people would go "okay look into it then". But now, people are watching in real-time as evidence is finally being produced and the entire media apparatus is playing whack a mole to stop information on the internet. There's millions going "well if you claiming there's no evidence, while actively censoring any evidence that comes out, how the hell is anyone supposed to prove it!?"
I can't help but laugh at how smug that microwave person probably was, thinking they had come up with the greatest solution ever. They must have really cooked it too, it's not like it was a CD that sparks as soon as it's put in, it's paper. They probably were proudly telling their friends "oh just put it in the microwave, the heat will kill any covid! This election is too important not to vote in!" Now they are being held up as the posterboy example of stupidity of the masses. What's even more hilarious is the Streisand Effect that will come from this. Given how little people actually pay attention, how many people are now just going to hear "person put ballot in microwave to kill covid!" and go "yeah that's a great idea, not like it will hurt the paper!" While personally I think as many legally eligible people should vote as is possible, and that educating voters on the process is important to make sure they count, that doesn't stop me from laughing at idiots either.
I guess let him prove himself? We don't want to start a purity spiral like the left, right now I'll take anyone that can acknowledge objective reality.
"There has to be an endgame, a redemption. If all you do is excommunicate people for their past sins, then you're going to end up with nothing but a small circle of people shrieking how pious they are, doing nothing but trying to make sure they aren't next."
It's like if Google started throttling video search results to only show YouTube. People may claim they are throttling them, but if they can only use Google to search they have no way of actually confirming it. They decide to ask Bing if it's true that YouTube shows up the most, and look here they really do, it's all good Bing says so to! If they are all doing it, there's no honest way to actually check, no one can actually afford to build a search engine from the ground up to verify themselves, and they can all just make some hand-waving gestures about promising to be better in the future if they end up being wrong. Or exactly what happened in 2016...
I've explained this before and I'll probably explain this again. Authoritarians need to make sure they have the largest possible power imbalance on their side, because there will ALWAYS be more oppressed than oppressors. There's no way people that demand absolute control over the entire life of their people would trust a significant proportion of the population to enforce that control, that's why they all establish secret police with automatic weapons and the ability to kill at will. The point of removing guns is to make it impossible to revolt not because the people can't WIN, it's because your chosen enforcers aren't risking themselves for YOU, they are doing it for THEMSELVES. As soon as it starts approaching a fair fight, your enforcers will turn on you just as easily as the people did. So you need to eliminate as much power as possible from the people, so that your own enforcers will always view them as the weaker prey. Why fight the lion with tanks, when you can eat the sheep with nothing?
Look at China, when the people started rising up in Tienanmen Square, they sent in tanks to literally meat grinder them and wash them down the storm drains. They could not have done this with an armed population. As anyone that understands tank combat knows, enclosed urban area with mass light infantry is the worst possible scenario. At that point all you're really doing is giving them tanks, because there's no way to stop them from slipping the tracks with a couple of shots, then waiting out or ripping the crews out through the hatches. Assuming you don't just keep firing point blank at a commander or driver view port until it breaks and raking the crew trapped in the box. This isn't to say the people would have won in that scenario, history isn't a vacuum where just one element would be changed. But it WOULD have made the "Tienanmen Square Massacre Classic" impossible.
And for a closing statement I go to roughly quote a copy-pasta: "A tank can't knock on doors. A jet can't stand on a street corner and enforce no assembly edicts. A battleship can't kick open a door at 3AM and search for contraband. All this expensive technology you think makes it impossible to win is absolutely USELESS when you can't tell if that's little Timmy playing with a ball or a spotter signalling to his IED crew when you're best aligned for max damage. And if you think that even your chosen executioners wouldn't rather turn DC into glass before they have to put a bullet in their little brothers head 'just in case' then you will be very surprised how this all actually shakes down."
No problem. And literally nothing. The 25th is EXCLUSIVELY between the Vice President and President. It would require the Vice President to be fully on board the entire way, and 2/3rds majorities in BOTH chambers to actually force him to not resume duties. There is NO mechanism for applying twice, because the Vice President doesn't become the President, he just becomes Acting President until such time as the President can resume duties.
Not 100% true. Per the amendment, they can create ANOTHER group besides the Cabinet to vote to give Pence the powers. The problem for Nancy, it says CONGRESS, not THE HOUSE. Meaning they would need the Senate to agree. The point being if the Cabinet was full of loyalists that didn't want to sign on, the united Congress could create a second "sacrificial" group that could vote to give the VP the powers without there being a possible view of political betrayal when the President recovered. Say there was an assassination attempt like Reagan. When the President came out of the surgery, because of pain and drugs they might be paranoid that it was a coup attempt, and any Cabinet members that voted to give the powers to the VP may be viewed as part of it and fired. This allows a second group to be made AFTER the fact that can take the decision out of their hands, and be clearly independent of the actions taken before.
There is no constitutional power for the House alone to do anything regarding the 25th, ESPECIALLY for Nancy Pelosi, since the 25th DOES NOT apply to the Vice President. It is written SOLELY to make the line of succession clear between the President and Vice President when the President is only temporarily incapacitated like a major surgery or concussion, instead of fully like death which the original line of succession solely dealt with. The only person with authority to end the temporary powers granted to the VP is ironically the President, and that is literally whenever he says he is okay to handle his duties again. The 25th DOES NOT cover invoking itself twice, because the VP does not become the Sitting President, they become the temporary ACTING President. You can only invoke the 25th against the SITTING President. So they would not only need to clear the hurdle that they need the VP AND for their chosen group to pass the entire Congress, all they can MAXIMUM legally accomplish is making Pence the temporary President until Trump can literally just say "nah, I'm good, President again"
I would say "double prevailing American Wage or 108k, whichever is higher". I would then tie the hard number permanently to the "Foreign Earned Income Exemption" which is what an American overseas can earn without being taxed by the US. This helps provide rough parity for the American worker worldwide, still allows them to hire skills if they ACTUALLY need them, and most importantly will ALWAYS make it cheaper to hire an American. The 108k ensures that it includes if it is a service job like IT help desk or housekeeper, they can't drive down the wage with a bunch of Visa hires, meaning no American will apply, then use the no Americans applying as justification for more visa's. Close that loop and half of the visa's disappear overnight. The reason they bring them here is because a lot of jobs just CAN'T be done remotely or they would already have offshored them a decade ago. Disney's parks is a prime example, they hired Visa workers to operate the back end of the rides and parks, made the American's train them, they fired all the Americans and pegged the wage at the floor so more wouldn't apply. And the few that actually make it through the new system will ACTUALLY be highly skilled and valuable workers that we would want to concentrate in American anyway, the supposed purpose of the program in the first place.
The gun was used as an example prop in court by the wife, who is also a criminal defense attorney. To enter the court building, is has to be rendered safe and not able to fire. They never set it back to be able to fire, presumably either out of either need to use it again later, or just not bothering too since they had at least 1 other gun and she is clearly not well trained to use it.
The DA ordered it to be disassembled and examined to see if it could fire (which it couldn't at the time), then ordered is reassembled in firing configuration to be able to claim it was capable of being used at the time. Because it COULD be reassembled in a way to work with no extra parts, the DA is basically now claiming it WAS ready to use. It's like if I had a car with a bad starter because the ground strap wasn't attached, then the DA ordered it repaired while accusing me of driving recklessly. The DA then charges me with tampering with evidence because the car that wouldn't run at the time of the supposed crime "was clearly repairable with no extra parts!"
I would guess worse. Based on rough numbers, it's a 1-10-90 rule on the internet. 1% will actively participate, everyday comments, upvote, etc. 10% will participate at all, occcasional comments, upvotes, sign up. 90% will never participate, most of those without ever even signing up. Usually that 1% tends to make up something like 80% of content. The only people that will answer online are likely to be the hyper involved, so every poll would be massively skewed from poll to poll to the point of uselessness.
Side note for if you ever took an online poll, the first thing they tend to do is give you a smaller survey. Just like above where they mention they want to sort to give the answers the company that purchased the survey wants, that's what those do. Answer those "wrong" and you'll never even see the survey let alone answer it.
You aren't thinking about how it would be used really. Some of the first articles you see would all be stuff like "Sources within the DOJ say, during the Trump Administration, that the DOJ was actively wiretapping its political opponents. Partially redacted documents provided by the sources confirm what they have said. While there are no details on who exactly was being wiretapped, it has been confirmed by the source to go to at least the US Presidential level. Political Analysts say given the information it's "almost 100% certain" that Donald Trump wiretapped at least former Presidents Obama and Clinton".
Congratulations, Spygate is now somehow Trump spying on OBAMA, you can't release the unredacted info to counter it, and even when you do finally get it out, they'll just claim it was edited or faked, like when Project Veritas released the literal raw footage of Planned Parenthood saying they sold aborted body parts. Throw in another impeachment on this where Schiff only selective releases facts and interviews that say stuff like "this happened under Trump yes, we were targetting hi-" THANK YOU FOR CONFIRMING TRUMP DID THIS, our next witness is the completely unbiased and also illegally targeted for retaliation by Trump Andrew McCabe...
Its honestly not even progressive. Progressive implies constant change for some perceived better future". This is shit we figured out in the MLK era, judge the person for who they are not what they are. It's a fairly traditional American outlook by this point. Look at what today's "progressives" are doing. Trying to ban California's civil rights amendment wholesale "for equality!". Critical Race Theory that only white people can be racist because they are the only race with power, that white people invented the concept of time, that hard work is an exclusively white trait, shit that the most hard-core Nazi would be yelling at a rally to chants of white power, they are pushing daily while just pretending they are "fighting" it while indoctrinating people in LITERAL white supremacy. To paraphrase a quote I can't remember who said and exactly what "just because you're making progress doesn't mean its in the right direction".
I read that about half of gay men support Trump, with the rest of the LGBT demographic hating him. The answer is obviously those are all the tops and everyone else is so used to getting fucked in the ass they want their political parties to do it to them too...
Yeah, a lot of people tend to forget that. The key point wasn't that one was a blind faith argument centered around religion and the other a shining bastion of scientific thought like people think. Its that one side was missing key data, that the concept of space might exist. When you can only process the direction "up" then its not hard to think everything you see above you is revolving around you. The data even fits since you aren't even thinking of looking at the half that disproves you. Just like Air had to be discovered, people didn't just start breathing one day, but they had no concept that there was something invisible there. They knew there was wind, they know there was smoke and poison and other contaminants OF the air. But they had no concept of Air itself.
Man, how insane would it be if not only were they apparently buying votes, they were doing it with fake cash... I don't think the two are strongly linked since the timing was wrong, but still...
He was charged with lying to the FBI about failing to file as a foreign agent. One of the 2 FBI Agents he was accused of lying to, told the DOJ that he met the obligation of the law they later accused him of lying about not breaking. Meaning he didn't lie when he said he was sure he met all obligations. Meaning he didn't lie to the FBI. Meaning there was never an underlying crime to accuse him of lying to the FBI about. Combined with getting him fired, draining his bank accounts, threatening to target his son, and withholding Brady material (law enforcement is legally obligated to hand over exculpatory evidence like THE LEAD AGENT SAYING HE WASN'T LYING IN A LYING TO THE FBI CASE) he plead guilty, then changed his plea after a new lawyer found evidence that agents thought he wasn't lying.
It'd be like if the cops interviewed me saying "have you ever been to this McDonald's, specifically in July?" I answer "I don't think I have ever been there, but I definitely didn't go in July." The cops pull surveillance video and realize I definitely wasn't there in July, and tell the prosecution he wasn't there. The prosecution then decides to open an investigation anyway, declares I was there, then says I lied to the police about going in July. After threatening my son, getting me fired, draining my bank accounts, and not telling me cops had proven I wasn't there, I plead guilty to make it stop. Then my new lawyer finds proof that they didn't tell me the cops thought I didn't lie. I say "well fuck that then, I change to not guilty, if that's there there's probably more!" Then this comes out, and I have proof the prosecution was TOLD EXPLICITLY I didn't lie early on, and continued digging anyway searching for anything they could. A massive 4th amendment violation since they had less than probable cause, they had explicit denial from their own investigation.
Snopes rates this Super Duper FALSE. RGB lighting was OBVIOUSLY talking about her dead husband moving to New Zealand without her, and was a shining light of both political neutrality and justice.
A second key point, this doesn't require a conspiracy between the three either. All the reason that would be needed for this scenario is pure favoritism. Joe loves his Son more than he loves his Granddaughter, and thats it. It could also be partially greed or fear, since if Hunter goes down they at minimum lose their go to contact for bribes and money, if not get the whole scheme exposed. It can even be all three, they love Hunter more because he can get them money while the granddaughter and her mother are worthless for it right now.
