She also can't control attacks against her directly. Everyone forgets prosecutors are trying to convince people they're right, and they're good at it. They aren't trying to defend THEMSELVES which is why she was one shotted by Gabbard.

Fuck bro, the two reasons they admit should be enough for pause, let the fuck alone that science is SUPPOSED to be open TO ANYONE that can think it up. Science was gate kept for centuries, then some AMATEUR researcher said "hey maybe the Earth revolves AROUND the Sun...

This was brought on by them insisting on plowing through despite something like 20% of democratic areas being messed up. Hell the NJ NAACP apparently called to invalidate some of their local elections it was so bad. Democrats live in urban areas, rural is MUCH lower density and easy to recover mail from. On paper it looks like a clear advantage to them, but in the reality of the CA special elections for the "Throuple" chick they still got reamed out. Mail In Voting, while it seems easier, is more complex and likely to invalidate since there's no poll workers to ask for help or tell you "that's wrong sorry but you can fix it like this!" as you try to turn it in. That benefits only the motivated people who will double and triple check.

They control education, is it really a surprise? The Republican party was literally founded on freeing the slaves and equality. The other was the ones that the slaves were freed from whens the last time you heard which party Lincoln was (the first elected) President of?

"Tobacco has shown in *various studies to show **0 or even ***beneficial health effects in many regular users!" *we paid for **the car accident killed them! ***this one guy survived a heart attack because tobacco reduced his need for blood oxygenation and he avoided brain damage from his cardiac arrest he would likely have had otherwise

That's an easy win on precedent. What it lacked previously was an inciting case since no one wanted to pull that trigger unless they need to cause in the end it is still 9 people deciding. Look up the old corporate towns, they would buy the land then regulate whatever they wanted because "mai private cumpaknees!" Just cause you bought or built a public square doesn't mean its no longer the public square, the area where the most Americans can hear you in a given area (DOUBLE especially with the lockdowns, they shot themselves in the foot here by trying to force the country to stay closed since now its JUST digitally) IS the public square. The general rule of thumb is "how open are you to the public?" Social Media uses the most lax model possible, literally everyone can come in then they sort it by their standards after. This means they are generally subject to the strictest standards of free speech (as precedent was set in the Shopping Mall preaching cases).

Wrong, the Superbowl for example is a defensive game. The problem is the regular season is a shoot out and you have to win the conference. Has Barr won the conference yet is the name of the game. If we're in the Superbowl we want defense. If we're in the regular season still, we want a shooter. And overall he's still better than Sessions...

Just because someone is doing a shitty job of something doesn't mean they aren't doing it. Just that they are doing it poorly. When THEY are calling THEMSELVES revolutionaries, attacking federal property, with state legal aid, they are state sponsored terrorists, just really shitty ones. No one says the Iraqi Army wasn't an army, just that they were a shitty one. They shouldn't be gunned down with live ammo, but this kids gloves approach they are screaming bloody murder about is literally the kindest option they COULD be getting.

One fifth of NYC primary ballots were discarded for errors. If someone won't vote in person where they can ask for help and there's easy instructions posted every where, what makes you think they'll take the effort to do a mail in one correctly AND send it off. I haven't mailed a letter in a decade. Some younger voters haven't sent on in their LIFE.

Thats not true, China is the example. An extremely centralized system is just difficult to maintain if you can't disappear your opposition and murder opponents with impunity. The problem with ruling by fear is there's always a bigger fear, the unknown is more powerful than the known, and they know if they run and become "farmers" they aren't targets anymore of the unknown. Look at desertion rates in the losers of every major conflict once it becomes obvious they are losing.

He will be doing both I think. He was drafted to do an internal report, then HE requested it become a criminal probe. I don't think he'll drop one on Biden or anything, I think Comey is about the top of the target pack and even thats a unlikely move in my current mind. But its the back end of summer already, and I think this is a signal flare for something relatively soon

Ironically i know a woman who won the opposite way. I kept telling her "let it play out, they're looking for a reaction". They didn't get it, he exploded and lost the case when he kept lying to his lawyer "just one more level, i showed you (all my highly curated "evidence" I was right) we are just one push away from winning she must have hid it deeper". They lost miserably.

I'm glad Tuberville won, but I think Keebler was out of his depth demanding a vanity appointment when a lion was needed. If you look at pedo lockups he wasn't even useless, just ill timed. I'm glad he lost, but I don't think he would be stupid enough to cuck in a position he previously WAS the lion in, I think he'd demand his vanity position back after it was one again having learned his lesson and assuage his pride by taking it back.

Their algorithms and bots used T_D post history to flag "undesirable elements". Now thats it's been banned, they're all gone, rendering their digitalsystem useless. They can't play whack a mole with "700 thousand" people without a consolidated target to aim at.

Tell that to the millions of guys, religious, and other "undesirables" that went straight to the camps. Ironically most of the ones that went to the camps are the primary people they target. Which makes sense cause second against the wall historically where the other revolutionaries, cause they knew how to make a revolution happen. Apparently they have streamlined and made it all one group.

I don't disagree with the end conclusion despite the original declaration. Its a niche item that can only help a fraction of a small fraction. I believe in expanding capability to everyone, so I want that fraction of a fraction to still have it. But I also acknowledge reality that it really is just a range toy for 99 out of the 100 that even had them in the first place, maybe even more.

There's tons. The concept is the same for shot or slug or bullet. What there isn't is a lot on the market, because why would you spend the 2 years between however long development takes and the first one actually "sold" into the word of mouth hunting community.

I'm annoyed about bumpstocks being banned for one simple reason, their original purpose was to help people with limited mobility still fire more than a round a minute. For hand or arm mobility limited folks, they allow you to match roughly the rate of fire of a fully capable person by putting it all back in position for you automatically. Like anything in the aid realm like steroids or braces if something returns you to normalcy they can help normal people exceed limits too. I'd have love to see a carve out for the original purpose, but at the end of the day I'm not worried about something 99% use not as intended one way or the other.

Its not like science can easily be bought out by megadonor special interests in order to sway public opinion to their side. Now excuse me while I go light up my Lucky Strike, the ONLY brand that 9 out of 10 doctors recommend their patients smoke!

I challenge any leftist that is lurking here and thinks that there's no such thing as "social media bias" to post this name on every major platform and see how fast they get banned or suspended. Just the full name, nothing more or less.
