That really seems like the only reasonable case to make. Can't just forgive student loans because they agreed to pay it back and it would be a giant middle finger to those that paid theirs off. However, most people with student debt were constantly hounded that if they didn't get a college degree, in anything, they'd be a hobo forever and what's a real hinderence is how little to no progress they can make because of interest. This would also require that the fed would no longer back student loans.
Probably the most infuriating thing from the lockdown and getting push back from morons that try to guilt trip you "Are your profits more important than life?". No you stupid cunt, we're not an agrarian society anymore, you can't just STOP an economy of this size without massive repercussions later down the line. Yet here we are.
I got into it for it's efficiency and it's not a bad idea when you're still young and single. It at least provides you with your own space while you try to figure out how to navigate this fucked up world. Personally, something like this would be perfect for me, as long as there's a 3000 sqft shop next to it for all my tools. :p
I know, that's why I said optically. As on the world stage, he can openly criticize the US and be in the right despite the fact that he also does what he accuses the US of doing. Where as before, you could dismiss his criticism on stuff like free speech because at least we don't, at least didn't, jail political opponents like he does. Now we've been drug down to his level and it's infuriating to watch.
Well to be fair, the $40 billion to Ukraine was voted on 1st which meant we couldn't fund the 2nd bill. 🤡
