Okay, I’m going to address the other part of your post. If it’s a regular lever flush toilet, you can keep a bucket by the toilet and pour it directly into the bowl, and it will automatically flush itself once it reaches a certain capacity. This system may save you on water, since I believe it requires less water to flush it, than your tank cycles through every time. Just saying for those who don’t know this....
This is so fucked up. When my grandfather died, he had received his social security payment already for the month, (had he died a day later, this wouldn’t have happened) but they came after my grandma and made her pay them back.
