the “agencies” were designed to provide continuity between political administrations. They were supposed to be “apolitical” (Hatch Act etc.) and they were supposed to have strict “oversight” from elected congressional committees. But under civil service, they are life long employees and pretty untouchable. Since J Edgar Hoover the FBI then CIA collected information on their “overseers” and used that for extortion, funding support and “wink,wink,nod,nod” oversight -i.e look the other way. So in essence, they are rogue, self interested and self sustaining entities, outside the law -since they have great “discretion” in following or prosecuting the law. So Hillary still blabbing her vile mouth, Comey gets a professorship at an Ivy League university and the rest are making money writing books and lying on MSNBC and CNN for concocting a 4 year coup hoax. Now the biggest hoax in US history the COVID/mail in ballot/corrupt local governments and fraudulent voting machines controlled by Democrat operatives has stolen an election and they have such tight control over the levers of power, that they will get away with that also. And the net result we get a totally manipulated brain dead, professional politician president who will not complete his term and leave us with another “historic” first – no not first woman, or first Indian/African American -the first radical communist President of the United States.
