HYPOTHETICAL: If the internet was taken down for a period of time in the near future, what information, evidence, etc. would you have stored offline?

Don’t take this the wrong way, not asking for specifics — i.e. don’t post anything to compromise yourself (as always). Just something to at least ponder if they take the net down for a period of time to scrub some inconvenient truths.

I have a lot of publicly available screenshots, offline webpages and PDFs saved but not anything worthy of committing suicide from a 20ft overpass. Mostly thinking along the lines of survival and preserving the truth but certain cookbooks come in handy.
