You literally explained my point for me. Many Nations have official languages, that doesnt mean they are executing ppl that dont speak the official language. Many nations have official Religions. That doesnt mean they are a Theocracy. They allow freedom of religion. But its mostly cultural and to enshrine the nations heritage. I mean the US has always been largely Christian. The Christian philosophy is baked into our founding. Our constitutional rights come from God. In God we Trust is the national motto. Honoring the importance of Christianity to this country is not the equivalent of making an all powerful church that controls the government... Or banning all other religions or religious practices. Its freedom of religion not freedom from religion. Its seperation of church and state not elimination of church from society.

Its an option that you could toggle to turn words like fuck into **** if that language is too off putting to you personally. I'm not here to kill ppls ability to post or say what they will, I grew up with the internet so I'm no stranger to it. But there are tons of ppl, mostly girls, who NEVER used reddit and now this place too because thats not the language most girls are comfortable around. The vast majority of ppl would never use it and thatd be great! But for many other conservatives, they don't like to engage with that language and we only weaken ourselves by not trying to increase the user base
Nah dude its really common feature in chat rooms and online games and stuff. Essentially you would just go to options and toggle an option that would change words like "fuck" to "****" honestly its really common. Idk if its easy to do but ive seen it in a lot of mediums. Well its just general language around here that keeps most girls i know from engaging. Like yesterdays "spez lets other guys fuck his wife" and right now "fucking faggots" is stickied. Girls i know instantly feel like this is a guy place and that its not a place for them. I definitely have no problem with the language or any desire to change the culture. Just an option for users so they can self censor if that language is off-putting
