If the Supreme Court is serious about its reasoning, then the gist of the Texas case can be presented by appeals from each of the individual swing states brought by persons within each state who do have standing. This would involve the Supreme Court accepting enough such cases and combining them to be argued in essentially the same scope as the Texas case. There are remaining appeals in preparation and even pending for the Court to take up. However the Court has been a disaster since before it found that securing liberty for our posterity did not prohibit mass murder of our posterity before birth. If they do not want to be "packed" out of any relevance, or caught up in a Communist dictatorship or civil unrest, they had better redeem themselves immediately.

It is amazing that it took this long for a responsible official to make the idiots in the media look like the superficialities they are. This should happen every time anyone in power talks to the "main stream media."
Agreed. Where did this investigation come from? Who complained? What does the Southern District of New York have to do with the Border Wall?
I thought "mad" was an affectionate exaggeration -- maybe it was just meant straight.
Can we just bring CCP, Soviet, and Antifa flags to burn during our cookout, or do we need to post an invitation on Snapchat to make it a formal protest?
There is a confounding of terms. "Expert" comes from the Latin and means someone with experience -- someone who actually has succeeded in making something work. But the Universities have run a scam where they started calling people to whom they gave good grades "Experts" because they had studied someone else's work -- often never leaving the University to even try actually making something work. Calling both of these "experts" is just foolish. Perhaps the term "expert" should be restricted to someone with actual experience. The other group could be called "scholars" or perhaps more appropriately, "mandarins."
This "public accommodation" should not survive this. The hotel should never open its doors again. Perhaps the new management of the building will be more American in outlook, if it ever reopens under a new name and organization.
