*800 **trespassing *charges> I have a problem w/ the "riot" and trespassing claims. I have been looking for where the capitol police or frankly anyone declared an unlawful assembly or riot. I am sure an intercom and speaker system throughout that entire place and cops had bullhorns. If they were to announce, "this assembly has been declared a riot and you are ordered to disperse/vacate the premises." Then, if people failed to leave they would have been trespassing. If someone has seen or heard where/when this was stated please direct me.
