At the moment I feel it’s just becoming the sole focus of an amazing day, tainting a historic event that should be rallying, and making it negative. Maybe that was their goal?

The problem is they aren’t election results.
So you just need 1 Sen and one Rep to object to a state. So as soon as they got to AZ Cruz and Gosar objected, which threw it to a 2 hour debate in each house, which was then interrupted. They’ll then repeat that for at least five other states. I believe they’re still in the AZ debate time but not sure.
I have a semi-answer to my own question: if the patriots keep the Capitol building shut down/debates on hold for five days - the electoral votes won’t be confirmed in time and the vote will flip to a 1-per-state House vote?
