Yes you just described me exactly! That's exactly what changed my mind it's like this is a fully grown baby what the hell are you doing? And then the way they celebrated it too was what I found truly disturbing. Before the 2016 election I admit I fed into the fear about Trump completely making it illegal but it wasn't a big enough concern for me to vote somewhere else. I still don't know if I really care if someone gets an abortion within a reasonable time frame but I know at this point I could never get one. I'm also an atheist and I find it crazy these days how often I'm defending organized religion. I also have tattoos and I love weed so I've always sort of felt like unsure if I belonged with the conservatives either but knowing how open minded everyone is here regardless of a few minor differences makes everything feel much better.

Haha well hopefully they will realize at some point you're right and wise up a bit. I hope everything going on is opening up some peoples eyes but from what I've heard from people I know they are still just turning a blind eye.

That's how I sleep at night. Liberals are always like how are you so sure you're right and I always tell them it's because I used to be one of them and I never questioned anything. I just blindly accepted whatever CNN and Obama told me. Now I question everything and I'm better off for it.
