If they want to go to college they can then join the military and use the GI bill. I'd never let them go into debt or pay for tuition out of pocket. Being prior military will allow them to see through the indoctrination horse shit and stay focused on getting a useful degree. However I'd recommend they get into software development and/or cyber security.

Do something more productive with your time such as learning new skills off YouTube, selling excess material stuff around your house on eBay, Craigslist, and Offerup. Go work out, drop the beer drinking and better yourself. Learn to setup a second source of income even if its just an extra $500 a month... How far would that go when you compound it with CABLE TV CANCELLATION? Paying for live streams of over the air channels from around the world + all the premium cable channels, yes I do, and it's 1/4 of a regular cable bill and portable. One person doesn't have the bandwidth (mental or literally) to set that up themselves and it would cost significantly more than $25 a month that's why it makes sense. There's a whole underground of boots-on-the-ground people setting up receivers for major local channels and reselling access to pirate IPTV providers. Your watch time doesn't go towards Nielsen or other telemetry legitimate cable boxes send back to the providers.
