Enquiring minds want to know how you get a 'verified' vaccine passport without an ID to prove who you are? I know for a fact many states suggest bringing an ID but will not refuse the shot to people who don't bring IDs...

Consider this scenario, you bring a homeless guy to the clinic, tell him that today his name is your name and tell him his birthday is now yours, and then tell him there is a $50 bill in it for him if he comes out with a vaccine card showing that you just got a shot... Repeat a second time, then phone up the clinic and demand your name be entered into the vaccine passport database...

If they mandate a vaccine passport there is going to be a huge underground illegal counterfeit business created!

Since they refuse to release the identity of the person that shot her, how do we even know it was a police officer at all?

The sheeple can't handle the truth that this virus has a 99.9% survival rate and is not the death sentence the media and government are playing it up to be...

In my county, 95% of the deaths were/are nursing home residents, and 90% of that 95% were over the age of 75, if there were no nursing homes in the county the deaths in my area would be under 100 instantly and I'm NOT in a rural area, in in the suburbs of a major US city! I would bet it's safe to say there are plenty of rural areas of the US where there has not been a single death from COVID, and many more where it's only a few deaths no more than what they would expect from the likely comorbidities that would have killed the person anyway...

Welcome to the new America, why should cops or security risk their freedom and risk civil lawsuits trying to stop these animals or even risk getting doxxed trying to stop these animals? Best just to walk away...

He needs to be arrested and charged with assault, child endangerment, and child abuse ASAP, and let the lawsuits fly against the store and him!

And it appears the MSM forgot about the emoluments clause all a sudden! I know it's applicable to the President, but you know if Pence had done this they would have been all over him!

Must be fake news, the liberal media has been saying for over a year that ANTIFA is just an idea not actually people...

A tradition of 6 feet distancing from the poor understanding of infectious disease and a flawed assumption that the virus dropped out of the air within 6 feet from the 1800s does not really make it scientific...

There was never any science behind the 6ft social distancing that was a number literally pulled out of thin air for political reasons...

There is no fraud clause in the vaccine immunity law to invoke...

Over and above any employment waivers, there is also the PREP Act to consider as it's been invoked until 2024, this provides additional immunity protections to other entities over this COVID vaccine, and although it hasn't been tested in court, the "Program Planners" clause might actually protect businesses as they could very well be deemed to have implemented a countermeasure program by mandating vaccines and become a protected entity...

"A program planner means a State or local government, including an Indian Tribe; a person employed by the State or local government; or other person (such as a private sector employer or community group) who supervises or administers a program with respect to the administration, dispensing, distribution, provision, or use of a countermeasure. This includes persons who establish requirements or provide policy guidance ,or who supply technical or scientific advice or assistance or who provide a facility to administer or use a “covered countermeasure” in accordance with a Declaration"

Sorry to say, but I think at this point the dream of lawsuits is slim, the government has stacked the cards against it and the courts are unlikely to knock down that house of cards, basically take the vaccine at your own risk, if you employer mandates it and you don't want to take the risk, let them fire you and have that day in court, probably a better chance of a prevailing over wrongful termination at this point...

If you agree and sign a contract accepting the vaccine as a condition of employment vs quitting you can bet you signed away your rights to sue as well...

In my state the 'Governor dictates' mandate masks in both private and public schools, the only option where masks are not mandated is homeschooling.

Our Governor literally SUED several private and public school districts that said they would not comply and has WON those lawsuits!

This is what happens when you get your education from watching Hollywood movies and TV!

Anyone that has paid attention to facts would know that tasers are about 50% effective on average, anyone that says something along the lines of taser him and cuff him should be ignored as they clearly are not even worth the time to try and educate.

How do they 'legally' get social security, welfare, a vaccine card, a bank account, a lawful job and the list could go on without an ID?

I don't hang out with druggies so the law has essentially no bearing on me, but just the same I am exiting the corrupt state I live in ASAP, just need to find the right property to buy in a new state...

It's already happening in my state, if you are with someone that ODs and dies and you didn't call 911 you can be charged for their death.

Open up a Britta, it's just a sediment filter and activated carbon, the sediment filter will stop sand and the activated carbon will remove chemicals, viruses, bacteria and what not are not filtered out at all by these filters... Basically, their sole purpose is to remove the chloramine, chlorine, fluorine and heavy metals, and that is about their limits...

I recently donated blood and when they tested for anti-bodies it came back positive, I can honestly say there wasn't a time this last year where I would have even suspected I had covid, sure I might have been off for a day here and there over the last year, but never once suspected I had covid... Never sick enough to not go about my daily business or think I might actually be sick, I just attributed any of the off days I had to environmental allergies as I have allergies and off days are quite common when the wind blows the right way...

Other gun shops don't like Palmetto (and places like Bud's) because they can't compete, Palmetto (and Bud's) sell such a huge volume they are able to keep their markup lower than most and it pisses off the others. Now don't take that to mean that Palmetto branded stuff is of the same quality as top-end builds, but it's every bit equal to everything else being offered at the low to mid-end or better for the price mark. For name firearms, what kind of customer service do you really expect beyond them shipping? Warranty claims are going to be from the manufacture regardless of where you purchased.
