LOL, notes perfectly centered in the toilet with clear as day hot-button names/words in perfect clear view and nothing else, totally believable! LOL

The first shots have certainly been fired...

Where it goes from here is anyone's guess...

Even if they go there, that will take years!

Just look at the J6 prisoners most have still not got their day in court and they don't have the financial means to even fight it or delay it! Even if charges were brought today, no way there is a verdict before 2024...

Alex Jones was sued in 2018 it took 4 years to get the verdict!

This right here, Trump knows full well they were gunning for him, WTF would he have anything that was remotely incriminating in his personal safe at his residence?

You can't just get a search warrant for shits and giggles you have to give the judge probable cause evidence of why its necessary.

Sadly that is not how it actually works, remember the judge only hears the claims of the police and bases it entirely upon those claims, even if those claims are fake, hearsay, and fabricated!

14th amendment says if you're charged for insurrection

No, it does not...

Innocent until proven guilty, charges will not prohibit him from running, only a conviction of guilt does...

Never said it wasn't a cash grab, that is all speed cameras and red light cameras are, they don't improve safety they just generate money!

Likely going to fail, the appeal of Toys R Us was that it was a huge toy store with tons of exclusives and everything else, not a toy store the size of the toy aisle of your local Walgreens tucket in the corner of an overpriced department store...

Yeah, when I heard the claims, I was like WTF, Russia is in control of that nuclear plant (just the other day Ukraine was complaining that Russia was using it as a shield) while Russia is 'allowing' the Ukraine employees to work and still provide electricity so WTF would they shell themselves in their own controlled territory?

She never lied, she had not heard the argument before her yet, thus she literally was unable to lie as it was a future event that had not happened... But, she made it clear that she did not believe Row v Wade was entirely settled law, in fact she pointed out that it was still being debated by many!

“Okay, well people use super-precedent differently. The way that it’s used in the scholarship and the way that I was using it in the article that you’re reading from was **to define cases that are so well settled that no political actors and no people seriously push for their overruling."

“And I’m answering a lot of questions about Roe, which I think indicates that Roe doesn’t fall in that category. **And scholars across the spectrum say that doesn’t mean that Roe should be overruled but descriptively it does mean that it’s a case - not a case that everyone has accepted and doesn’t call for its overruling,”

"But that doesn't mean that Roe should be overruled; it just means that it doesn't fall on the small handful of cases like Marbury v. Madison and Brown v. the Board of Education that no one questions anymore."

Red light cameras in many studies have shown to increase accidents as people goose it on yellow because they don't want to get clipped by the yellow light ending before they get through the intersection and/or they slam on the brakes on yellow for fear they might get clipped, both causing more accidents in many cases...

Around me red light cameras were all the rage years ago, they were allowed after a traffic study showing the intersection was dangerous and the county signed off, the county would sign off on those studies without even caring... Basically if there was one accident at the intersection in a year they deemed it dangerous... But, the county has got so much crap they recently (about 10 years ago) found a loophole in the state law, to regain some of their credibility, the county said that if there is any intersection work done at all, including new pavement, new sidewalks, upgrading the street lights to LED, painting new lines or anything since they signed off on the initial red light traffic study, that sign off it null and void after the intersection work and a new study would have to be done to prove that the new work they did didn't improve safety on its own, and they are no longer signing off on any of those new studies because the data doesn't support that the red light made it safer and that is was more dangerous now 🤣

There is zero proof they do any good, but there is plenty of proof they bring in $$$ and not a little, they bring in millions!

Most hand fed hacking techniques take at least three hours per hack,

You are aware that most hackers automate the process with scripts, right? Start the script and it does everything including organizing the results in an indexed SQL database... Run the script on a hacked drone farm of 1000s of computers (you can rent them on the dark web by the hour) and getting millions of results is stupid easy...

Yeah, I play an online game, they advertise millions of users and they likely do have millions of people who signed up, but no way do they have millions of active users... I have over 40 accounts myself so I can farm 39 of those accounts to make my real one stronger... Yeah, yeah I get it don't use Google, but I do using vpns and other methods to obscure my identity, for the emails of those 39 fake accounts I setup one fake Gmail and exploit the fact that Gmail ignores periods, but the game developer doesn't to register those game accounts, all the same passwords and emails like this...

Note, sending an email to any of these goes to the same single [email protected] mail box! Just move the period or periods around and wham new emails all resolving to the same single email and presto 40 accounts but only one player...

Yeah, I had a similar experience, there was this guy who launched a local bar rag magazine aka the free magazine you see at the entrance of clubs, restaurants and bars... Anyway he was an acquaintance of ours of so I helped him out with graphics design for other advertisers ads and in return he gave our family business a free half page ad... He always bragged about his distribution numbers, but truth be told him dropping off 100 copies at a bar didn't mean anyone ever read any of them, I'm betting half of them ended up being used to soak up spilled beers, the other half tossed when he dropped off the next months issue...

Anyway like I said we got a free half page ad, we knew it was, what it was, so about two month in we change up our ad and put a coupon in there for a free $10 item with a $20 purchase, we ran that ad in that bar rag for 2 years and no one, not a single person ever used that coupon! He even featured our business in one issue a whole writeup, still no one claimed the free $10 item...

Anyway it still worked for him, every time he added a club/bar/restaurant to his distribution route he upped his distribution numbers and drew more advertisers, it was a pyramid scheme with no foundation in reality...

Truth, I was a moderator of a huge online forum in the early 2000s or at least it sold itself as huge, with over 250K users claimed... Truth be told there were under 1000 active monthly users and maybe 50-100 active daily users, the rest of the 200K users were one-hit wonders or inactive.

Trump already has properties in other states, all he needs to do is change his residency before the electoral vote day to remove any conflict at all, it's really just a formality that is stupid easy to overcome...

I understand that, but unless he hit a vital area chances are the guy wasn't bleeding out that fast... Updated news articles say the police already arrested 2 suspects and the third was taken to the hospital...

He was still talking and pleading for his life at the end of the video so I suspect he lived...

And he tells the guy he just dragged and dropped like a sack of potatoes to shut up while he is dialing 911...

In some articles, he is quoted as saying he is going to explore other options for self-defense instead of a knife for next time!

Multiple people wearing masked asked to leave and refuse but instead jumped over the counter to engage him, deadly force at that point is perfectly acceptable as the guy likely did fear for his life and was trapped behind the counter with the masked subject...

The part that I find kind of funny is the owner grabs the knife very early on in the video, if dumb and dumber had been paying attention they should have suspected they would get shanked if they jumped the counter...
