It's not 4 years. Trump was literally prevented from doing anything related to the DOJ while he was under investigation for the Russia hoax. Any move he made, despite it being completely legit, would have been labeled as obstruction of justice, and he would have been impeached, and the Senate would have convicted.
The good news is he multitasked, and while he was attacked on one front, he'd start work on something else. I expected his success, but even I was surprised by just how successful he was.
Neither will our country. It's not like after the last four years of bullshit we're gonna sigh and try again in 4 years. I'm not sure what the lefts LONG term plan for the "reeesist" movement and collusion narrative was. I mean, I get their short term benefit, but if nothing else the armed Michigan Patriots storming the legislature should reveal why establishing riots (Antifa/and now BLM) as a bridge that has been crossed will NOT work out well for them.
I would like a return to law and order, where it may be slightly unequal, with those at top having access to better lawyers, but not as it is now with one party seemingly untouchable.
I do not wish violence, but in the absence of something approaching parity, we have more than a few people who will do what the law is seemingly unwilling to do. And that IS dangerous, but no more so than the "peaceful" riots/lootings/stabbings/beatings/murders that the left has been engaged in.
Considering the deep well of their crimes, it would be impossible at this point for them to accuse the GEOTUS of anything from littering to genocide without it being a projection of their own sins.

Like everything else, government fucks up something simple in its quest for power, and uses the legislation meant to establish the difference between the tiki torch and cross as a way to punish the tiki torch because it went in a black guys yard Doesn't mean the burning cross isn't an actual hate crime, just means they watered down the term.

In order to get the other three, they had to up the charge on chauvin. As it turns out, it is statutorily impossible to be an "accompice" to "depraved indifference" ( original charge of murder 3). The net effect will be the three walk on state charges, Chauvin will likely be convicted, regardless of meeting the criteria for actual conviction. IF he stays alive for 5 years, his conviction will be overturned. The other three will face Federal charges,with the crowd control rookie likely walking (his back wss turned, faith that his seasoned superiors were appropriately handling the situation) the other 2 taking plea deals with net 5-7 year sentences.
It'll be interesting to watch it unfold, and obviously unexpected things could happen, but I'm reasonably sure this is how it will end up.
