I think he might be referring to accelerationism.

It's an insideous socialist/communist tactic to collapse capitalism by overloading it.

Raise taxes, increase spending, pile on regulations, increase the size of the welfare state, and anything else that brings us closer to collapse.

The idea behind accelerationism is that the leftists believe capitalism is going to collapse anyway, so rather than try to smash it, they will help it along so it collapses faster.

Except they (want us to) think that corporatism is capitalism, so it's all based on a lie. The lie that capitalism naturally collapses.
