As opposed to who precisely? Africa? South America? Canada? Mexico? Europe? Russia? China? India? Australia? The entire middle east? Seems to me that there's plenty of stupid all over the world.

Huh. A brief glance through your post history shows me that you seem to have some downvote stalkers. Congrats on really pissing off some lefties at some point I guess.

My mom apparently cried when hillary lost in 2016. Her suffering is lamentable, but I don't regret it. She ranted politics at me for 4 years when Trump was in office. Now that he's out, she doesn't ever bring them up once.

I love my mom, but...

Getting shot while out grocery shopping is just part and parcel of living your life now.

America1stAndOnly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well, at least now I can point to this when my retarded boomer neighbor tries to shame me for taking my gun with me to the grocery store.

Yep. There's also some requirements for forgiveness. First off, it has to be asked for. You don't need to forgive anyone if they never ask for it. Funnily enough, I've had plenty of non-Christians tell me I'm not a real Christian because of this. Guess they don't like that I'm practicing actual Christianity and not their weak pussy rainbow Christianity that led to this societal mess. Second, the person asking for it has to be sincere. If you don't think a person is sincere in their asking for forgiveness, you don't have to forgive them. Heck, you probably shouldn't forgive them. Fake apologies that are the equivalent of a grumpy 5 year old saying sorry don't cut it. The non-believers don't like these 2 little caveats of forgiveness. They'd prefer if you let them walk all over you.

The tough part is that Christ does command us to forgive. So if someone comes to us asking for forgiveness, and we think they're sincere in their regrets (Which you will know by the actions they take), then they are to be forgiven. That is something that can be a very, very difficult thing to do.

But don't be a doormat to shit heels.

Well, guess I can and should clarify some things. Owning a home completely is not even my big gripe about it. Being able to live in one would be a great start. At least then money would be going towards eventually owning something instead of my current monthly rent just vanishing into the void. I really, really, am just sick of sharing walls with people, hearing their music when I just want to sleep, or even loud creaking floorboards when they're just walking around normally.

I don't have any stocks, but I do have some crypto. I also have it setup to auto buy $50 of Bitcoin every week. Not much, but I'm not going all in on it. I also try to keep well stocked on food provisions, ammo, and silver in case of complete societal collapse, which does seem to be ever more likely.

The videogame story was not one I feel bad about. I know it's fine to make purchases like that. I'm not a complete monk, at least not yet. I mainly told that tale to show the disconnect between what I so often hear as a reason for me not owning a house and the reality of such things.

My credit score is also something I'm not concerned about. I've bought pretty much everything in my life with cash up front. Loans have always been minimal. As a result, I didn't even have a credit score for the longest time. Then, last year, I suddenly had a number. 751. Since then I have got a credit card which I use when buying groceries and gas. I pay it off in full at the end of each month. Haven't paid a single cent of interest on it. When I filed my taxes last month, I got a free credit report at the end of it. I guess TurboTax does that now. They also assured that their check doesn't hurt the credit score. So I got it. I'm apparently at 726 now. Like wtf!? What happened over the past year that made my score go down by 25 points? It seems like all the credit building advice I get doesn't actually help. Maybe it's just I've said too many nasty things about biden and china. Wouldn't be surprised if credit score got transitioned to social credit score china style, lol.

Anyway, off to bed now. Got to get up for work in 7 hours again. Stayed up to the late, late time of 9:30 just to browse some patriots.win. Oh well, I don't regret it, and I'll do it again.

I look forward to them dying... ...they will no longer be voting

Well, if our last election taught us anything, it's that that's not true. In fact, they'll all be voting Democrat once they're dead.

That's because they kept changing the definition of what a Millennial is to encompass a larger and larger group for them to scapegoat. When I was a kid, I remember being a part of Gen X. Somewhere along the line though, I started to be considered a millennial. Then, it happened to my older brother and now he's finally a millennial too. Looks like the title has caught up to you guys now. Welcome to the club, at this point I think it encompasses all those born between 1980 and 2006.

I hear ya man. I'm currently doing typically 50 hours a week in a mill. There are no breaks. NONE. Something that I've found most people can't even comprehend. On top of that, it's loud, it gets both extremely hot and extremely cold, and it is dangerous. Still, it's also the highest paying job I've ever had in my life and I'm pretty satisfied with that.

That would be the happy ending if it weren't for the entire economy being fucked, again. I'm finally making more, but now everything costs way more and I'm not really getting ahead. Saving money feels like I'm falling behind and the idea of ever getting to own my home is nothing more than a sweet dream I have at night which makes waking up so early all the harder. I'm closer to 40 than 30 at this point in my life, yet still being talked to as if I'm a teenager and being blamed for all the woes in the world, just like my generation has been getting blamed for them ever since we were teenagers. Then to top it all off, I get called fiscally irresponsible because I had the audacity to buy Doom when it went on sale for $20 and that is somehow the reason I don't have a house. No, not because the housing market is now fucked beyond all belief, but because I bought a video game for less money than a boomer spends eating out in a single night.

Meanwhile, what's the thing my boomer parents think I should do next? Well son, now that you've saved up some money with your new job, you need to get a new car, and don't forget to take out a loan to build up that precious credit. My car is an 06 with 120,000 miles on it. I've had it for going on 12 years now, I paid for it fully in cash back then, and I intend to run it into the ground before getting a new one. I can't afford to get a new car every 3 years like they do just because they get bored of it. THAT'S bad finance handling, not buying a video game when it went on sale. But they're boomers, so they can get away with making such bad decisions. I can't.

Guess I should wrap it up here for tonight. Afterall, I've been home for 4 whole hours tonight and have to go to bed so I can do another 10 hour shift tomorrow. Ah, the life of a lazy millennial.

So fucking true. Hell the only thing that kept me from falling into the trap is that I absolutely HATED school. So why the fuck would I ever want to go to more school once I was finally free of it? Eventually went to college and got an EE degree, but only because I had the G.I. Bill to pay for it. Guess what? It's pretty much worthless. At least I didn't get buried alive in debt for that thing. Most weren't so lucky.
