I had a major blockage in my left kidney, turned out to be a nice tumor, went in to the ER doubled over in pain on a birthday evening and had surgery setup to remove it and reconfigure everything, a removal and then reparative Pyeloplasty i believe.
all i'm saying is, it's SUPER Scary and the recovery even with robotic incisions will SUCK because they cut your abdominal wall, but it will be better after and you'll get through it with a fun story!
