The best way forward for Japanese culture (and every country's culture) is instilling American values. If I sound like an American supremacist it's because I am. There are a lot of foreigners out there that understand and love American values and if they can help to reinforce them when the American left is trying to get rid of them, why shouldn't they be able to help us out by voting?
There should definitely be pre-requisites in place before they're allowed to vote (IMO there should be certain pre-requisites in place before they're allowed to immigrate), but if the pre-requisites are done right, they'll end up voting Republican, which would be a huge help since many of the people that are born in America don't have to be educated about politics to vote, which leads them to voting Democrat.
America is a country of values and always has been. Any immigrant that holds those values is more American than the Marxists the universities and media are breeding and that is a hill I will die on.

I love what the plan could potentially achieve, killing multiple birds with one stone (less government dependence, better education, lower crime, less racial tension, less stigma among minorities for voting R and more), I just wish there was better way.
