A wild ass guess is putting his name on it will give it even more weight by the SCOTUS and can be sped up through the process now that it involves him. Read the wording - Candidate for Re-election - meaning this case is time sensitive and could effect whether DJT is re-elected or not. Without his name on this the SCOTUS might still think its a strong case, but not urgent ("We'll look at this and determine the right correction for next election cycle" versus "We better look at this ASAP because it has near term consequences on the election"). Seems obvious, but this is probably how it needs to officially be done to get the weight it needs.

Don't ban them - but strip them of their power. We want to be the innovative capital of the world and if people think their companies can be banned or dissolved at the stroke of a pen then people will stop innovating and creating here. They would love us to do that though. By deeming the current constitution meaningless - you are effectively terminating it. Terminating it gives our country the power to rewrite it - which is an EXTREMELY scary thing to normalize. The libs ever get in power they will just ignore it and replace it with their communistic dystopia. This is how our freedoms vanish. We must fight to uphold the constitution and guarantee it can never be replaced...not to render it invalid.

A classical liberal is far, far different than what we have today. Serious question - how do you feel people on different sides of the isle distance themselves from the extreme, fringe groups? I don't want to be associated with white supremacists and nazis the same way you probably don't want to be associated with Antifa. We've been working hard making a living and being distracted by social media, the internet, and reality TV for decades and our country has been stolen blind from us by people who mean to turn it into their dystopian utopia. Time to really fight back. I saw a post on here recently that it starts at the school board level. We need to get involved there and then work our way up.
