Yes, items of interest, but not everything. They have three networks and can't possibly stream everything on Youtube. They get their revenue through cable TV subscriptions so streaming everything for free would be financial suicide.

C-SPAN does not stream everything. If they did, they would go out of business since they don't have ads and don't generate revenue streaming.
Anyone can go to www.c-span.org and watch their networks live by logging in with their cable provider's credentials. All cable networks operate the same way.

Also keep in mind, C-SPAN's viewers are plugged-in, politically aware and very motivated. Almost 90% of their regular viewers vote. These are not just registered voters or likely voters. These are voters who watch the news every night. Dems should be terrified.
