What this sounds like to me was a battle of authority and this poor lady didnt want to be a problem so she kept her cool. I personally would have walked right thru the tape and handcuffed myself to anything I could. I would have called all my cop friends who would have kept their cops in check and I Would have led the charge. This is ridiculous. I would have never backed down. No one can keep an observer out and I Would have never allowed to let them treat me or other observers like that... no way.
